Review 1：Owner should have some sort of sign to identify facility. The owner has no lights to get to back entrance. He should not really classify this as a hotel or Villa because he has permanent residents living there who are constantly talking in the hall. He is basically renting out a room in his house. The balcony shown in picture has a nice view , but has laundry hanging out on it from other residence.

Review 3：The main problem is location. It's far from train and bus station, you need to take taxi to find it (and add 7-8 euro for each trip to the total price of staying in Koper)
