Review 1：A little on the expensive side when you are only staying one night and don't have time to appreciate the attractions in the area.

Review 2：Beds were fantastic. Walking distance to beach, pubs and a great tapas restaurant.

Review 3：The managers were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They gave us some fantastic tourist tips and greeted us so warmly whenever we returned from our day trips. We'd definitely stay again!

Review 4：The balconies were not very private and guests in the cafe could see straight in, which meant we had to keep the blinds down.

Review 6：no space, toilet was stained with urea, couldn't open bathroom window no fly screen and opened onto another balcony. verandah door had to have blind down as you could see into unit from street. Very claustrophobic. went to use small pool and people from bistro looked into area.

Review 16：Everything! My husband & I chose this motel at random as we were planning our elopement in Yamba. The staff were SO attentive to our every need! They went above & beyond our expectations & provided us with a lovely venue to get ready for our secret wedding & we also celebrated at the attached restaurant Pippis which was also above & beyond our expectations! They couldn't help us enough & were so friendly & understanding. Our wedding party consisted of 3 close friends & ourselves & our best man also stayed at the Motel. We would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone. It is very close to the township but is also quiet & very clean. We would like to personally thank Glenis & Max from Yamba Beach Motel & Karen & Mal from Pippis for making our stay so special & memorable! We cannot thank you all SO much & look forward to spending our anniversary there next year to catch up with our new found "family"

Review 17：There was a bit of a lack of space for making tea or coffee although the equipment to do so was all available in the room. There was a rather strange notice that it was prohibited to prepare food in the room although a toaster and microwave oven were provided.

Absolutely spotless room, guest desk was very helpful, Pippis café downstairs was delicious. Would most definitely will stay again and highly recommend.

Review 23：The owners were lovely and Pipis café next door had excellent food and coffee. The motel room was clean and had a view over the pool and toward the sea. You can walk straight out the front door and only 100m to a lookout to the sea,whales and dolphins.

Review 32：Perfect overnight stay and close to everything. Glynnis & Max were very welcoming and could not have been more helpful. The motel had a lovely beachy feel, was immaculate and set up with all that you would require. A great breakfast was enjoyed at the cafe directly under the motel whilst we took in the beautiful sea view. We will definitely return, stay longer and book a seaview room.

Review 43：A lot of care and quality appointments lift this motel from an older style model to a very comfortable experience There is a restaurant directly in front of the motel / open for breakfast and dinner - that offers a lited but quality menu. This motel is minutes from the beach.

Review 44：The only thing that we decided we didn't like was that the unit wasn't serviced daily. Fresh towels and bed-making would have been appreciated. But none the less, this was not a big problem for us. It didn't impact how much we enjoyed our stay. We still had a wonderful time.

So - luxurious bed with an extra comfy mattress topper; dressing gown; top of the range toiletries; free wifi (only free one we had in almost 3 weeks) lots of unbiased suggestions of where to eat etc etc would return here for sure
