Review 1：Very clean place, great conditions, (especially for this price) and delicious coffee in the morning. Close to the "centre" :) Wifi works very well.
Review 2：You should maybe change the brown bed cover. It looks like it's dirty in the first place while it's not. It's just a particular fabric.

Review 4：First of all, let me start off by saying that I do not usually contribute to the comments page on this website. Indeed over the years I have generally been satisfied/happy with accommodation booked through booking.com, so for me to leave a comment shows just how irked I was !!I was travelling with my partner and our stay at the guest house got off to a pretty bad start before we even arrived. We tried phoning the people from early evening to explain that we might be late but nobody answered the calls at reception!Well, we eventually arrived in the village at 21.30 (it was written on the webpage that we could check-in until 22.00) and fortunately a friendly policeman helped us to find the hotel. It was pitch black and the street lighting was non existent (obviously not the guest house's fault this time) which made our task even more difficult to locate the place...added to which there was the hard task of deciphering the road signs written in Cyrillic..anyway, we arrived thanks to the help of the friendly policeman with his smattering of English which was far greater than our combined Bulgarian!There was another phone number in the Guest House window which was different from the number on the booking.com webpage.Our friendly policeman explained to the people on the other end of the line that there were 2 stranded foreigners with a booking and when they arrived we were eventually shown to our room which was adequate .The welcome was rather frosty and we were made to feel that we had no right to arrive at that time.In our original booking we had specifically chosen this guest house because of its private parking facility. Our car was full of stuff and it was important for it to be in a safe place. Alas, there was no private parking and the only solution was to pay one of the neighbours to use his garage.
Review 5：Everything was fine. There were a kitchen, dining room, living room, outdoor terrace with fireplace. We were alone in the house (the owner only greeted us).
Review 6：Very nice and clean place, good location. The staff is very friendly. Wonderful garden, quiet place. In fact, we are very glad with our stay! Hardly we ever found such a pleasant hotel for such great price.
Review 7：The people taking care of the place are really nice and hospitable. We arrived at night, at 11:30 p.m., we called the phone number on the door and they came in 10 minutes. The location is very good, really close to the fortress. Everything is very nice and clean.

Review 20：The shower needs to have something to wipe up the excess water from the floor. The room was lacking a garbage bin. While the kitchen was generally good, the electric hotplate is broken and in need of upgrading.

Review 22：There is no standard reception in the gest house, so when we arrived it was needed to call to have someone to open and give us the keys. Luckily the neighborhood is very pleasant, and grandfather called for us since we did not have roaming and could not call.

Review 24：Excellent value for money, excellent fit out of rooms , community kitchen well equipped, especially liked the coffee machine, with coffee supplied! The owner came as soon as we called & was very helpful. I would highly recommend this accomadation.
