Review 2：everything. We traveled from Frankfurt to Lithuania by car and stopped in Warsaw.. We were given the deluxe room and the dog had ample space to chillax while we tackle the vino and curry.... bery (funny Spanish accent) bery nice .... very nice :)

Review 5：We had some issues with the curtains in the room...not enough to cover all the windows. We were moved rooms immediately once the staff realized it couldn't be fixed that night...but our new room smelled badly of smoke even though it was a non smoking floor.

Review 6：Buffet breakfast was amazing. Vodka and champagne included. Huge variety of delicious food. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. There was a lovely little sauna to enjoy downstairs.

Review 7：I don't know what was above my room, but there was a rolling noise (like a suitcase being pulled or a vacuum rolling around) which would start really early every morning and it would wake me up. There must have been stairs adherent to one of my walls as well encase I could hear people going very loudly up and down, especially early in the morning. I'm sure this is not a problem for most people who stay at the hotel though.

Review 18：Extremely good location. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are friendly and very helpful. We had to leave very early, so left our suitcases with one of the hotel staff and went for breakfast (which is also very good) and he had already put everything in the taxi ready to go when we came out. Very impressive service. The room itself (superior double) was extremely comfy, lovely bathroom with hairdryer and coffee/tea making facilities. Would stay here again.

Friendly and efficient personnel, winter decorations of the hall, complimentary mulled wine and excellent breakfast assortment (champagne was certainly a surprise) made our stay at the hotel an amazing experience.

Review 27：Personnel level really do not meet level of hotel. We arrived by car -porter just said "parking on left side after building". Butit's one way street.. During breakfast personnel running everywherelike frightened. Waithress was running by our table and accidentlydroped tea spoon lying on our table - no sorry no excuse - just tookthat spoon from floor and carried it away. We lost one spoon...

Review 28：Quite simply, this is a wonderful hotel, a few minutes from the central railway station and right opposite the Palace of Culture. The interior is stunning, the rooms are very well equipped, furnished and decorated, with very comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms. The staff are splendid - kind and helpful, but totally professional and well trained. I didn't have time for breakfast on this visit, but I was in this hotel some years ago and seem to remember the breakfast was pretty sensational then and served in an opulent dining room. I would never want to stay anywhere else in Warsaw - incredible value for money.

Review 30：Lots of extra's like sauna & gym. Good central location. I took metro to Arsenal and then walked via Old and New town through Royal route back to the hotel. Very nice walk! Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Review 31：I was in a party of 6 people and we requested 3 twin rooms. When booking in the other 2 rooms were asked if they wanted twin or double bed (requested twin) we were not asked so thought a twin room would of been available to us, however we got a double bed.

Review 32：Fantastic hotel, welcoming and accommodating staff. Beautiful location. It is one of the few building not destroyed during the war. It retains all the best of the old world charm and has added the comforts of the modern day. Our room was large. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a nice and functional layout. We had initially requested a quite room. Upon checking the agent suggested we try a room facing the city - the quiet rooms all face an internal courtyard. SO glad she suggested the change. The soundproof windows made it very quiet inside, yet we had an amazing view of the city. This would be our go-to hotel for any future trips to Warsaw.

Review 33：A bit difficult to get to from central station. Have to manuver up and down stairs as the only way to get across the street to the hotel is underground. Better off to catch a taxi with bags. Be careful not to get ripped of by the taxi driver. Paid 20zl to get from hotel to Central, then 50zl to get back, just across the road.

Review 47：The housekeeping is slipping, my room has never been cleaned before14.00. I complained on one occasion when it was particularly bad /15.30 and bed, towels etc were still unmade / only to hear that thehotel is full and there were a lot of rooms to be seen to! Thetoiletries are sparse and vary in quality. If you occupy the 2-nd floorthan you are treated to Choppard's, but on the5-th floor you getpoor quality, harsh liquid soap from a horrid dispenser./ I bring myown to avoid the allergy and disappointment /, no proper shampoo andconditioner. During my 9-night stay there were some refurbishment goingand as a result of a delay the hairdressing salon wasn't ready ontime causing some disappointment.

Review 61：One thing that is totally weird with this hotel is that they advertise everywhere the fact that there is free wifi. It's hardly a problem, but just rather comical: haven't they realised that free wifi is standard in hotels all over the world, it's not something you can boast about in 2015?! Other than that everything was great except as at so many hotels in Poland. they pushed two single beds together to make a double... surely that should be illegal.

Review 79：Ads claim that you get bathtub and shower. First room I got did not have the bathtub, and the 5-inch thick mattress was as uncomfortable as going camping. I complained, and was moved to a room WITH a bathtub and a normal mattress.

Review 82：I didn't like the fact that even though we have travelled as a group of 5 and I have booked 3 double rooms, 2 of the rooms were much much better (on the 4th floor) than the third room (1st floor) which was mine and my boyfriend's. The standard of the room was nowhere near as good as the other two, I was really disappointed, especially that we've paid the same price. Surprisingly, the two lovely rooms were given to the English guests and myself who is Polish got the 'not as good' room, was that just co-incident? Hmmm... Staff is rather miserable, far from other European countries standards! Smile don't cost a thing and can make so much difference to the overall experience. I would suggest staff from the hotel goes for some sort of 'customer experience' training, ideally in a different country where people can teach how to just smile and be nice to customers, but naturally nice not forced. Last day of our stay, there was some work being done to the outside of the building so we have had banging and drilling going on just literally outside of our window which was far from pleasant. My expectations were much higher than the reality.

Review 88：This hotel is on top of its game. It is difficult to nit-pick. If I had to say something negative, it's that not all of the staff could speak English fluently and were sometimes flummoxed at what the guests wanted. In this case, problems were immediately referred to the front desk. However, in today's Poland, it's quite easy to find staff who speak nearly perfect English. Another point is that there seemed to be no spa/sauna. Even though the hotel doesn't have a pool, they could still provide steam and sauna, especially since this hotel is located in the Baltic where such amenities are even located in people's homes. While there is an advertised 'spa', it was difficult to locate in the hotel, then closed when I finally found it. It wasn't a true functioning 'spa'. Finally, I felt the lighting was too bright in the sports bar.

Review 101：This was one of two places we stayed in while we were in Warsaw. The other accommodation we stayed in was in the old town which, overall, is probably a better location for sightseeing and more atmospheric. However, we chose to stay here for the final night of our trip because of ease of access to public transport and it was the perfect location in that regard. We were lucky enough to get a room with a view of the Palace of Science and Culture and, despite overlooking a very busy road, the room was quiet. Pleasant and polite staff.

Review 102：as expected we had a bottle of wine as welcome drink next to bed, only to learn it actually was not free. reception said welcome drinks were available in the bar with vouchers (which we never received) what a cheap attitude that is! wi-fi is tricky the same way. when you log in, default clicked choice is the faster one (among 2 options) which costs 14 euro/day. most people would only click "accept" and continue without having noticed that. it is almost like they try to rip you off thru all possible ways. sick!

Review 122：We did get a free upgrade to a suite and also received 2 coupons for a free drink at the bar. Rooms are very large, comfortable and very clean. Cocktails at the bar are perfect just like the pierogi we ordered. Brrakfast is more then perfect especially where the room is located in an old ballroom or something which makes it magical! We loved it!
