Review 2：General neatness of hotel, good breakfast and friendliness of staff, plus it was very close to relatives we were visiting and they had on site parking

Review 3：Very friendly staff, excellent location, easy access and good parking. Stored my frozen salmon in their freezer over night, and waited for me despite late check in.

Review 4：Breakfast is available from 07:00 Mon to Fri but only from 08:00 Sat & Sun which for us meant no breakfast on Sunday as we had to see something at 08:00. Did not appear to be any opportunity to request earlier breakfast.

Review 5：If arriving late the reception is not staffed and a code is needed for entry, make sure hotel send you the code and leave room key on reception desk. Excellent value for money and good breakfast. near train station and plenty of eating opportunities nearby. Has car parking.

Review 7：I am a student moving in to Gävle and it was a really good plan to stay for a night before going to my apartment. The room was comfortable and with a lot of space and the breakfast was surprisingly good! Very friendly and serviable staff. Well situated and calm. For that price, it is perfect.

Review 8：Reception only open limited hours. One night the wifi didn't work and no one there to fix it. They left out coffee and biscuits at night but no milk, and no hot water for tea.

Review 9：It was clean and comfortable homely feeling. Good location. Free wifi; you only had to log in once. Breakfast was nice. Quiet at night. Close to restaurants and supermarket. I would stay there again.

Review 10：We got a single room + extra bed (which we can consider as a double room more a less) for 580 SEK. It is really a low price for Sweden. We enjoyed our staying! The room was good. The breakfast was also suprisingly perfect - with a big choice of food.

Review 21：I was traveling back from northern Norway and needed a place to stayovernight. A very clean and very good situated hotel in the center ofGävle. It is "not the newest" hotel but very clean and a cheapalternative to stay for a night.

Review 27：The hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance to the town centre.Opposite three hotel are 2 big supermarkets, coop komsum & ica. Veryconvenient!The hotel staffs are friendly. Very good spread of Continental Breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay there. Would go back again next time and would recommend it to anyone going to Gavle.

Review 28：Everything seemed to be really old, not retro, from furniture and television to using key to lock the room instead of card, overall furniture was insufficient, room was rather dark and shabby, sunblinds damaged, restroom rather small but separated from shower room, hardly average breakfast, very slow internet even sometimes disconnected.

Review 30：The maintenance of the room was very poor: the curtains fell down, sincethe rail was not properly fixed. The windowsill was loose and there wasa hole in the small window (outside laver only). The paint in theceiling was coming off in one corner. There were holes in the wall belowthe mirror in the bathroom. The clockradio was not connected and notset. The internet was out of order Thursday from thursday 17.11 in theafternoon untill I left friday morning. It was not possible to have itfixed as the reception was not staffed Thursday night.

Review 31：I was glad to be greeted by a friendly lady at the reception. The roomwas clean and large as I had paid extra for the space. The breakfast wasvery good and the facilities for breakfast were fine.

Review 32：The fact that it was located on top of a club that played very loud music until 3 am making it virtually impossible to sleep. This only happens once a month though according to hotel staff. The Rooms were extremely small and the shower was located in a closet without windows.
