Review 1：Sign is small, so got lost trying to find it. Needs a bit of a make over , slightly outdated

Review 2：I cant say enough good things about the staff, so helpful. My mother was taken ill new years eve and the staff call the doctor and got in contact with insurance company for us, and let us have late check out so my mother could rest the next day with no extra charge for anything, lovely lovely people. Staff also gave us discounted price for taxi service. Hotel is right opposite the beach. Whole area is very chilled out and relaxed.

Review 3：We had stayed here before under a different owner in March 2014, so we had certain expectations. Before there was a free breakfast that you could choose from a menu. This time, you paid 4€ for breakfast, and there was no choice: they brought out a small plate of fruits, toast, scrambled eggs and a hotdog and coffee and juice. A big let down from the last time. The staff was helpful, but at times hard to communicate with in English. They aren't Thai, so they didn't have quite the same connections with boat trips and excursions as the last time. Or if they did, they never mentioned it to us. We stayed for 14 nights, and there were 2 times where our room was not cleaned at all. And times where new towels were not provided. That's not that big of a deal, however when compared to the previous time where beach towels were provided and new towels given each time, it is definitely a step down. There was no sheet provided as a blanket, however they did provide a heavy blanket. Noise from the street can be heard in the evenings. There are a couple bars near by, and sometimes they get loud at night, so I suggest you bring ear plugs. A friendlier atmosphere would be greatly appreciated.

Review 4：Like before, the rooms were simple and clean. No real shower water pressure, but that's to be expected in a budget hotel in Thailand. AC worked, and we were provided 2 bottles of water each day. The hotel offered great rental prices for a scooter, and provided airport pick-up and drop off for a good price. The rooftop terrace is a nice place to enjoy the sunset. This is a good place if you want something near the beach and restaurants, and only require the basic needs to be covered.

Review 6：The staff is really helpful, concerned. They always gave us tips (eg. Where to eat, which islands to visit..) the location is amazing, away from the touristic mess of ao nang and the beach is super calm with plenty of space for your towel and nice spots to eat and have a nice drink for fair prices. (They are always available to take you to ao nang and they can suggest local markets where you can buy fresh fish)

Review 7：Was hard to find! The name on the sign is in quite small writing so easy to miss at first. Also, was a bit strange that when our room was cleaned, the housekeeper took away the sheet on the bed. But feels like I'm nit-picking to be honest.

Review 9：Is a tiny balcony worth an extra 80b? There is no real sea view, that is on the big upstairs balcony that anyone can use. (as shown in the pics) Rent a bike as taxis to anywhere are expensive. (unless you like walking)

Review 10：Basic but good clean and comfortable. Good wifi. The non-balcony rooms are good value for money. The beaches and shops are close by but a bike does help to zip around and get into town. The area is much more relaxed than Ao Nang. (and generally cheaper) Gypsea restaurant just up the ally is a good place to eat. The beach is just across the road but I preferred the north end of Klong Muang, 5 min walk around the corner. At both you can swim at any tide ( a couple of rocks at mid/low tide but not bad) Bring a good book and just chill out. Not for the party people unless you bring your own. (at low season anyway)

Review 12：The hotel was in a great location, just across the street from the beach. Also, it is in a quite small town, however there are convenience stores near by and plenty of restaurants to chose from. The hotel staff was small, but very friendly and helpful. The woman working at the front desk also made us breakfast every morning, and was very helpful with all our questions and needs. The room was cleaned every day, and the air-conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable. They also provided us with 2 bottles of water each day. All in all, the hotel isn't very luxurious, but for the money, you have all the comforts you need.

Review 20：Accommodation pictures on the website are deceptive, as rooms were quite small and general public areas are quite basic. The premisses looked a lot bigger than shown on the website. The Hotel is not at the greatest beach area in Krabi area. Ao nong is a better location, luckily we were able to hire a car and comute to Ao Nong every day.

Review 22：There is busy road just in front of hotel and sleeping with opened window is almost impossible as big trucks are heading to and from nearby gravel mine. To reach the beach you have to cross this street and walk down cca 80m.

Review 24：Advertisement on Booking.com is deceptive, it appears to show the hotel is on the beach, instead you have to cross a road and go down a stony path in a vacant allotment to reach the beach.

During this time the staff wasabsolutely wonderful, they were very kind and helpful, arrangedeverything for us, gave us plenty of info about the area and what to see& when to see it at its best. Our parents (over 50) loved the placebecause it was quiet and secluded. Pretty close to national parks and 6*hotels. The beach is 100m from Sunset House and it's basically emptywhich is good. The ladies at Sunset House prepare delicious food at anytime of the day. Rooms are cleaned everyday and the whole place is tidy.Prices at the restaurant downstairs are really good. Bed is comfy and acworks well. The fridge in the room is a big plus. The Bathroom is neat -typical thai style, but all gets dry very quickly. We will definitelystay there again when back in Krabi. Review 27：It is described as Aonang but in fact it's a good 9 km from Aonangand a taxi ranges from 450 one way up to 800! The road in front hasquite a few trucks passing by.

Review 28：The hotel was just a stones throw from a secluded beach and in a quietarea,it was a fair sized sea view room with a fridge and a/C. Ifyour transport drops you in Aonang call the hotel and they will pick youup for half the price the Aonang taxis charge.
