Review 1：No king size bed in our room. Some simple things can be improved or updated to make the room awesome. But great value for the price and location.
Review 2：Great location directly on the beach. Host are friendly and very helpful. The room had every thing you need, air condition, mini refrigerator, warm shower and if you ask host they will order food for you from Resturant next door (room service). Lots of resturant around the hotel (right next to hotel on beach). They can pick you up from krabi airport but call them on the day of your to remind them to pick you up. They forget to come to pick us up and we had to call when we arrived at krabi airport and it takes a while before they arrived... So call before you depart :) The host surprised us with a New Year's gift and that was great. Thank you.
Review 3：I was robbed there - somebody took money from my bagpack hidden pockets (it was not even somewhere on the sight, so they really had to look for it. We were there 5 nights, and the money was stolen the last day - "clever"! What is the most stupid, they have stolen also czech corons, which they will be not able to exchange... I lost not very much, around 50 euro, but still this was the most unpleasant thing during our thai vacations. Also, beach close to the hotel is not nice, as there is a lot of boats and the ground is muddy and dirty. By the way, the place to eat that was recommended by the hotel owner (it belongs to her family) was the only one we got food poisoning... I do not recommend this place.

Review 5：Catastrophic hotel (doubtless the worst room since our world tour) without any natural ligth, dirty luminosity, with cockroaches(sneaks) and moths. Not of real shower (pipe which runs away to wash himself above toilet!). Noisy environment (noises of cars all night long, very noisy air conditioning and no sound damping in rooms). The couple of managers pretends not to understand English when we come to complain and refuse to help us. With a bad obvious faith. Hotel to be avoided if we wish to have a normal stay. IN FRENCH : Chambre catastrophique (sans doute la pire chambre louee depuis notre tour du monde) sans aucune luminosite naturelle, sale, avec des cafards et des mites. Pas de veritable douche (tuyau qui fuit pour se laver au dessus des toilettes). Environnement bruyant (bruits des voitures toute la nuit, climatisation très bruyante et aucune insonorisation dans les chambres). Le couple de gérants fait semblant de ne pas comprendre l'anglais lorsque l'on vient se plaindre et refuse de nous aider. Avec une mauvaise foi évidente. Hôtel à fuir si on souhaite passer un séjour normal.

Review 13：I tend to be overly critical, not much to fault with the room and bathroom. Around the property was quite filthy with bottles and trash lying about. Terrance could do with some TLC and cupboard had no shelving. ALL in all a really good value for money property if you just want to get away from all the other tourists
Review 14：The family who own and took care of us were soooo wonderfull, they really went out of their way to welcome us, refreshments offered and then roomed into a beautiful honeymoon turndown, towels in the shape of swans, heart shaped rose petals, orchids in the room. It was by far the best view throughout our stay, sea view room with balcony. The remoteness of the accommodation allowed us to catch up on sleep, it was quiet and tranquil. Highly recommended!!!
Review 15：Only negative is it is in a quiet area with some local restaurants but Taxi into Ao Nang is about 15 minutes away 500 baht (£10 one way) which is where all the lively bars and shops are so can become expensive if you don't want a quiet local night.
Review 16：Family ran are all lovely always willing to help, very clean right on beach. Would recommend sea view room which is great size with a stunning view. Breakfast basic but nice. Would return and reccomend

Review 31：Great position right on the beach. Wonderful and helpful people are running the place. I liked the village character but still is is not too far by bike to reach a touristic centre.
Review 32：There are very few restaurants and shops around the vicinity so if you're looking for more choices for food, you'll have to go to Ao Nang which is 15 min away. The owner offers a taxi service for much lower price than the 'tuktuks' though which is a plus.You can also rent a scooter to go to other places.
Review 33：It's very relaxing. There are rooms that are overlooking the beach which makes it so ideal for people who are looking for a nice, quiet place to relax. The family who owns the place are very accommodating and they made sure I am comfortable.

Review 37：The aircon was noisy and not so cool. Place is 45 mins drive from Krabiairport and Taxis will charge you 800thb for a 1 way trip. Not manyshopping places nearby, still there are some nice restaurants.

The breakfast was very basic (bread and egg) stillI appreciate the service and efforts made by the staff. Nice locationand you can internally jump into the beach from your room.
