Review 1：I arrived at the hotel at about 10.30 in the evening and didn't want to wander around the town alone in the dark on my first night. The fridge in my room wasn't working so I ordered a bottle of water and a tea when I arrived from room service, this never arrived and when I tried to follow up there was no answer - I guess the reception had closed. So I went from my last drink on the plane at about 8pm until the following morning with nothing to drink at all.

Review 2：Grounds and pool were clean and beautifully kept. Staff were friendly.

Review 3：The price. It should be about 60-70 euro per night for what it is, not 100 euro. I also paid the two-person occupation rate, which seems unfair.

Review 4：A nice hotel that exceeded my expectations considering the pictures on the site which made it look like a youth hostel. I suggest they review them. Friendly staff, but the rate was a bit much for what it is.

Review 6：Been here with my best friend for a hen weekend, we had a great time.Perfect location in Gumusluk, close to the beach which is mainly public and free; close to all restaurants and bars in the area.Have a good size, clean swimming pool, really nice little garden with satsuma trees all around. The breakfast is delicious with not a crazy amount of choices but really high quality produce. Kitchen and service staff are really friendly and attentive. The room is really big and has a high ceiling. Reception staff didn't turn us down with any of our requests, so helpful and smiling at all times.Cleanliness 10 out of 10! Perfect for young couples, families, shortly holidaymakers of all kinds! Highly recommended!

Review 7：Beautiful small friendly hotel set in lovely gardens. Great pool (and childrens pool). Lovely breakfast, pleasant clean rooms. The staff were fantastic - including taking us to a clinic late at night when my baby had an eye infection (picked up in the UK, not at the hotel) for free. We felt very welcome despite being the only British guests. Great location near to the sea front.

Review 8：There was little or no hot water, we were out of season and we know that in Turkey hot water is often dependent on solar power. The weather was mixed so we only had hot water occasionally. The air conditioning unit/heater in the room was not working. It was all a bit out of season and unconcerned for guests comfort.

Review 10：Only downside was the dirty beach and water which was not clean and full of rubbish. Also beds were a little firm for my liking.

Review 11：Lovely hotel in convenient setting with great facilities and pool in a private setting surrounded boganvillia flowers. Nice breakfast and super helpful staff. Nice restaurants on beach front and friendly locals. Worth walking over headland to roman ruins including ancient Roman baths.

Review 12：The room was large with a balcony and included a powerful hot shower! Some days we spent hours relaxing in the wonderfully designed comunnal spaces around the pool and bar/dining area from which you can look out to sea. Location was very central, less than a minute to the beach and just minutes walk from all the bars, restaurants and markets. We also got on very well with all the kind staff that were running the hotel!

Review 14：Chose this hotel as it had good reviews! Hotel was clean staff friendly, breakfast good and all going great until our last day! We had noticed people there with dogs which had been well behaved however a group of people arrived with a golden retriever and occupied the room next to ours. Within 10 minutes the dog had jumped in the pool and had some sort of skin condition which stopped us from using the pool again! We went out for the evening for a lovely meal on our last night and arrived back about 11pm to find the dog barking as it had been left on its own in the room! I complained to reception and they offered us a change of room so had to pack and move across the way! The rooms air con was not working so it was sweltering and because of the dog barking we had to keep the window shut! After complaining to the manager who admited there had been lots of complaints we were offered £10 reduction for our inconvenience- what an insult! If I had known before the booming dogs were allowed I would not have booked and had this of happened on our first night we would have moved on! Very disappointing end to what had been an idyllic and relaxing break

Review 15：We stayed there for 4 nights and 3 nights the air condition was broken.Although we have told our problem to 4 different people for 5 times, andeverytime they promised us to resolve this issue as soon as possiblethey did nothing! So we tried to sleep at 35c with almost 90% humidweather! Thanks for doing nothing even you said that you'll takecare. This is not a cheap hotel to stay and yes the staff were cheerfulbut thats all. This is typical Turkish style. We were very dissapointedbecause of this issue. Such a shame for this beautiful hotel.

Review 41：The furniture in our room was not new but had nothing against it for the money we paid. I think that there are rooms with newer furniture. It's worth asking.

Review 42：The pool and it's surroundings is very nice. The surroundings are very green with all kinds of flowers and trees. Also the restaurant looks nice. The lady at the reception showed us 3 rooms that we could choose from so that's a plus. The room was spacious with a big balcony overlooking the pool. Good value for the money. Breakfast was fair, the same as other hotels in this category. Very very close to the restaurants on the seaside. The cleaning of the room was made every day.
