Review 1：The only let down was the poor wifi connection

Review 2：The Hotel is in a great place near train station and the centre. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very nice.

Review 3：My only real complaint was that some of the breakfast dishes were still a bit dirty (not properly washed) and you had to be a bit choosey in terms of which ones you took.

Review 4：I travel very often on business and I never had such a bad experience. I spent there two nights and on the day I checked out I told the lady at the reception I had like many insect bites. She said she was sorry, but that was it. When I got back home I immediately saw my doctor because I thought that wasn't just normal and then he confirmed it was bedbug bites. Since then, I've been trying to complain and send e-mails to the hotel but I only get responses like they had that problem but in the room next to mine, or on another floor. So, they already accepted that they've had bedbugs but so far I haven't gotten a real reply. Of course I had to take medication and throw the clothes I had on that trip to the garbage to avoid bringing anything to my own home. Be careful, this is a serious health and sanitary problem and in the end nobody takes responsibility.

Review 5：The hotel was run down corridor floor carpet filthy. The decor dated. It was really worn and needed updating and decorating etc. could not wait to change hotel. Checked out in the morning.

Review 21：The bed was quite small (I'm not a big person!). I arrived after 9 p.m. on Sunday, the door was already locked and no staff at the reception. Thanks God, it wasn't so cold outside, and my mobile worked; I had to call to the "call center" and tell my information to get inside. It's not very complicated but it takes some time. And I didn't expect that when I choose the hotel with this price. So contact the hotel beforehand if you are not arriving at daytime.

There were a lot of English language channels on TV. Breakfast was standard. There were rather quiet in the hotel and there was no noise from outside, which is very important for us.
