Review 1：Cleaning staff showed up at 9AM and beat on the door till we got up... Rude. 10 AM Checkout seems aweful early in a tourist location

Review 3：Bed and sofa bed weren't as comfortable as would have liked. 1 blanket in the closet smelled mildewed, the other one had a nasty brown spot smeared on it. Only had one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels, wasn't sure who to contact for more.

Review 5：The parking was very limited even when I reserved a spot ahead of time, not guarantee you will get one. Several lights were burned out. And the overhead light in kitchen did not always come on.
Review 6：The apt was very comfortable. The master bedroom was great with large windows looking out to the ocean. When I called to get help with the bathtub I had almost immediate response. Access to the beach was great.

Review 12：I hope you don't mind but I wrote on my status on FaceBook what a wonderful time we had an also added an advertisement for Boardwalk and Young Sun in it. Asking everyone to stay at Boardwalk and to contact Young Sun Coast for an excellent experience.

Review 14：Loved the view! Also loved the floor plan of the unit we stayed in. It had everything we needed and all the comforts of home. Hope to rent this same unit again in the future.
Review 15：Had we known that the pool was going to be closed we would have not stayed there. We paid for the use of a pool and never got to use the pool. Didn't get what we paid for. I think we are due a partial refund since we where not told of the pool being closed.
Review 16：I like the condo and it was just what we needed.
Review 17：The kitchen pans were old and Silverstone was flaking, not good. Most of the dishes had to be washed before using. There was no dustpan to sweep up the floors. The room smelled musty so we had to spray and bought a scented candle that really helped. The $$ was a little high for off season.

Review 21：The only thing I can say was the room needed to be cleaned (thoroughly) Burners on the stove were in pieces, floors made our socks and feet black first nite there. Other than that, bed slept great and the rest of the stay was good enough we will go back.

Not many spaces and if we had to park across the street (which many people had to do) I don't think I could have made it across the busy highway having to walk with a cane. Also there was nothing telling me that the check in place was so far away from the actual motel. It would be helpful to tell people that in the confirmation e-mail with directions on how to get there. I will know next time, but a first timer would not know this.
Review 24：I liked the location as it was close to restaurants and stores and right on the beach. When we stayed it was not noisy. It was a family atmosphere instead of a party atmosphere like other places that we have stayed at.
Review 25：Our stay was 3 nights...we didn't get extra toilet paper, only one dish washer soap and not enough bathroom soap....poorly stocked. Property wasn't very clean.

Review 31：One roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 4 days?? Parking was awful!! The first day we were there, there was a very helpful gentleman assisting with directing parking. After that day I didn't see him again and we were just kind of on our own to figure out parking in a lot that is entirely too small.
