Review 1：Great hotel both by service and by its unique style. Also very convenient in-house spa and decent quality restaurant. All rate for a regional Russian hotel...

Review 2：- sometimes, especially in weekends, the restaurant is closed because of wedding organizations or other events and guests of the hotel have to eat out or order food from outside. this is unacceptable. - front office clerks are helpful, however some of the staff in restaurant are not really professional. - wi-fi connection is poor at floor 2. - no mini-bar (refrigerator), wardrobe and telephone in rooms.

Review 4：sound isolation is worst as you can hear everything comes from other rooms, either your voice can disturb others. Staff watches film with loud voice, while you try to have silent lunch or dinner.

Review 7：no phones in the rooms - and in particular no useable WI-FI available in my room making it very frustrating indeed. My friend could not call me and having to go to the lobby to get on-line a real drag. Also,no comfortable seeting in my family room. Odd leather couch very uncomfortable and no carpet padding making the floor like cement.The elevator on premise displeased me; better than nothing but not enjoyable and super small.
