Review 1：Saff could have been friendlier. Beds were very hard, as usual in Thailand., Standard room but ok for money,

Review 5：There are no electric outlets in the bathroom, nor any near a mirror!! Females need this for doing their hair. For a modern hotel there should be USB charging ports. Swimming pool closes at 8 pm- should stay open until at least 10 pm if not midnight. Free Coffee and Tea should be available 24 hours at reception area.
Review 6：Price! It was nice to cool off in the pool at night but we only got to use it once because it closes at 8 pm. The location is very close to the train to the airport and the metro lines. Picked up a bus for 20 baht to Grand Palace just a block down. There are great options for street food just down the block or around the block the other way. Taxi available at 4:30 am to go to airport-train doesn't start until 6 am. Near shopping malls if that is your thing. Free cold water bottles every day.
Review 7：-The hotel swimming pool temperature was cold on the two days that I tried it. - The hotel seems popular with Chinese crowds- breakfast buffet always a very very noisy,pushy and jostling affair from 7-10 am everyday! (Tip: not relaxing but arrive at 6:30am if you want a good seat and some quiet while eating)
Review 8：- Staff spoke very good English, were welcoming and friendly; Joe (Manager) was a lovely character, funny and knowledgeable with sightseeing tips. Would recommend the hotel because of customer service! - Location excellent, walking distance to BTS Stations, massage centre, shopping malls, different street food stalls and tourist sights.

Review 16：The hotel's location is easy accessible t Siam Area, MBK by their BTS line which need to walk ard 5-10mins. Check-in was fast even I came in earlier than the check-in timing... Review 23：Good spacious room but regular maintenance seems to be lacking a bit. We had small issues with the safe box and the air conditioner. These were fixed quickly by the staff though. Also the bathtub was leaking water. The breakfast is pretty messy. A lot of people, not enough tables and no system to manage them (you have to find and fight for your own table).

Review 31：It was dangerous to get in and out of the bathtub when it was wet. The staff was very rude when we booked an extra day and needed to change to a different room. Time given to us to relocate room was at 11am but the reception kept hurrying us from 10.15am onwards and claimed they had waited too long for us to pack and relocate until I reminded her that the time given to us was 11am. The reception just hung up the phone without apologizing at all.

Review 40：The staff were INCREDIBLY rude towards us. They did not attempt to respond to our friendly 'hello, how are you?' They requested we provide extra identification upon check in when they had not asked anyone before us in the cue for their departure card or license. At all our previous hotels, a passport was sufficient and it appeared that a passport was sufficient for other guest (majority of who were of an Asian heritage) lining up before us. We ordered lunch on our first day there as well and it took an hour for our meals to arrive. They were cold and very small. Also, WiFi is horrible. It was rare that we could secure a connection.

Review 95：It was quite dirty, the funiture was really simple and old, not really well maintained. The ground in the shower is really slippery. Took 30min. for the shuttle to arrive at the airport to pick us up, even though we mentioned our arrival plus the flightnumber.

Our room had a malfunctioning A/C but the staff provided us with a humidifier and offered to transfer us to another room. Breakfast food was the same thing every day :(

One of your staff (I couldn't remember her name) used an unfriendly tone to handle your guests from China. I think all guests should be treated fairly. The hotel is not well maintained compared to my last visits.I have stayed here few times.some of the bookings have not done under my name on my previous visit Should improve on your breakfast menu- i have been eaten the same food from Day one til Day four

They took a night prepaid payment for security which other hotels booked via booking.com for our entire trip did not. The bathroom basin is modern designed but not functioning as it like a very flat tray of approximately 2 inches deep (water splashes all over when in use).
