Review 1：Room upgrade got cancelled without notification. A/C maintenance issue did not get resolved although informed 3 times. I recommend top management not to delegate room issues to Reception and refer it to room services. They are always too busy to resolve them. Make sure your room is properly operational before paying. The WIFI network needs IT attention, always always.

Review 2：The Rain, cats and everything is free! Mr. Ibrahim from Guest Relation is professional in his work. Mostly Russian's go there. It's a Family place with many kids.

Review 4：I appreciated the pleasant attitude of the staff very much. Front desk, guest relations, restaurant workers: Seljuk, Mahmut, Enes, Ali, Yuni, Hulya, Akram..

Review 5：The property was relatively huge therefore the service quality was soooo bad the staff was so impolite, unfriendly the quality was not a five star quality with such high cost. When we arrived to hotel all the system was down and it took one hour to check us in and the hotel staff were insisting that it was not their fault, which I still don't understand the technical issues are whose responsibility hotel's or gusts? Everything was so far away all the good places were offered at a cost or considered VIP. We have been staying at Renaissance beach for 3 days then we moved to Nirvana, which was next door, Renaissance was a way better experience in terms of atmosphere, room, staff, quality of service, facilities, etc. I strongly suggest Renaissance over Nirvana. If you really care about the quality of service and how you are going to be treated as a hotel gust don't ever try this hotel.

Review 6：Upon checking in at 1am, I was told by the person at the reception that I have to pay extra 208 euros per night because my 13-year old daughter is considered an adult. I had little chance of arguing after a long trip and bad experience at Antalya airport. Upon checking with Booking.com they confirmed that this additional charge is justified, but what I didn't like about the experience is the lack of the courteousness of the employee and even worse the manager on duty. They didn't bother to try to make it up for me considering the disappointment of having to pay extra 33%. They could have offered some perk to me (such as a slightly better room with nicer view, or a free meal in one of the paid restaurants). I explicitly asked the manager whether there was anything he can do to make it up for me as a customer, and he simply said no. The employee was a bit rude, he almost dismissed me by keep looking at his watch and then asking whether I want the room or not! (with the extra charge of course). I explicitly asked him to at least smile when talking to the customer, which he failed to do from the moment I arrived. The hotel is good, but found this experience very disappointing upon arrival and left a bad taste throughout our stay, and to be frank not worth the money paid (myself and my wife and three kids). Another thing is that WiFi was very inconsistent. It sometimes just didn't connect, and in the inner room, it didn't connect at all.

Review 10：First of all houskeeping. This was a big matter for us with a child. It was dirty in the bathroom and especialy on the floor in the room. We asked several times to clean the floor better but this was not done. Our little girl just started to creep and it was hard to keep her other places then on the floor. So she was literally cleaning the floor, picking up all the dust. Another thing - unexperienced staff in the dining hall. For some of them it was even hard to fry the egg. I would say that choice of food could be better compared to other 5 * hotels.

Review 13：If I could I would put 20 out of 10 to the hotel, facilities andit's stuff. You feel comfortable from the time you enter thereception until your departure. First and most important: almost allstuff speaks Russian. So, you can easily go their without speaking anyother language except Russian and everybody will understand you.Onarrival we were proposed the upgrade to beach front villa with 50%discount which we took and never felt sorry for additional expenses.Nice big room with terrace and a pool right in front of your door. Iwould recommend it. Food. That's separate story. Main restaurantwill propose you variety selection, but if you want to have smthdifferent, do not hesitate to visit a la Carte restaurants. Weexperienced 3 of them: steakhouse, sea food and Turkish cuisine. Woulddefinetely recommend them. Drink list selection is without a rival.Narvana's all incl. Concept can propose you variety of alcoholdrinks including blended and single malt whiskies, number of GINs,VODKAs etc. If you want to have smth more like X.O. cognac-no problembut for additional charge which is by the way very competitive incomparassion with other hotels. Entertaiment program-each night - newshow. No replays each week. As far as we understood all artists wereform outside and that's what defines the quality of the show. Aquapark-simply outstanding. That's all in brief. Of course, as the hotel isnew (only 1 year old) some things needs to be fine tuned. But my adviceis that if you feel smth is wrong with your room or food or anythingelse instead of saying to the management that I paid money, where is myluxury service, please dial 6666 to guest relations. All problems willbe solved immediately.

Review 14：I liked everything at the Nirvana Resort. From the moment we stepped in we were treated like royalty. We arrived after midnight and yet the manager Mr Ali was brought to welcome us. we will definitely be visiting again IA.

Review 21：Amazing location, between black mountains and blue sea, lots and lots of activities for children, fantastic service, excellent level of comfort. We stayed in this resort when it was quite cold outside so couldn't use all the water offerings (aqua park, open pools, etc.), but still had plenty to do with our baby girl. Food is abundant and tasty, but not gourmet. Movenpick ice cream is a notable perk!

Review 26：Totaly a little boring, poor intertainment program, low variety of food. It was like when you rent a nice villa and for meals you are going to a resturant nearby. Our room and restaurant and beach and lobby were in different places and it was a problem when it was raining.

Review 28：The beach is unattractive especially in winter when they remove the slats on the huge metal docks. The staff hounded us day and night for a review and to ensure a tip- very awkward.

Review 30：We have been in quite expensive apartments close to the sea, however we were prohibited to enter the closest beach ( so called VIP), though in was totally empty. For beach we have to cross the whole hotel territory.

Review 31：The standard pillows were too thick, but the hotel had a pillow menu and replaced them with something to our liking as soon as we requested the service. The WiFi service was extremely poor and that is pretty much the only drawback we could see in this resort.

Review 32：The swimming pools, spa, sauna, haman, fun pools, food, beverages, service and property expanse were all simply outstanding and no detail was overlooked. As it is an all-inclusive resort, the food and drinks are free-flowing and it is very easy to over-indulge, despite the excellent gym and sports facilities. We are looking forward to our next holiday at this resort already.

Review 35：I really like the reception services , the guest relations , Ibrahim isone of the best guys on it .I liked the verity of food and the quality on it . Mehmit is on of the best guys on the main restaurant. Yassin the driver was very helpful and supportive . The location is fantastic and I will dafinitly come again next time

Review 36：Pools were very cold (for september weather) our 2 year old child could not benefit the aqua park for kids which was very attractive. Food in buffet can be improved.

Review 38：Most of Restaurant staff lack good english which could be problematic if you request something specific. Atbtwo occasions, I asked food to come without french fries since I didn't want my kids to eat that, instead they bring extra fries. Although no problems occurred but it would have been more comfortable to see lifeguard constantly at the pool specially the main ones which is not the case.

Review 39：Great place for families with kids. Lot of space for kids to play safely. Food Is great with good variety buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner. Staff are very friendly although they may lack English speaking staff specially in restaurants. Environment very clean and every staff member looks like the place owner. I have seen many times the electric car used for delivering products stop to pick a piece of paper or a tissue.... Although many people "reserve" sun beds using their towel without showing forbthe whole but we never failed to find a sunbed. Nightly shows are very good and they add great ambiance to your holiday. Free high speed wifi Internet available almost at any point in the resort.

Review 58：Hotel personnel and overall atmopshere are absolutely not client-oriented; rude unprofessional reception personnel and managers. Hotel is appr. 95% occupied by Russian tourists which are treated as cash cows and non-priority guests. Lack of comfort caused by still ongoing construction indoor/outdoor works is not anyhow compensated (as one would think it should be in the hotel trying to earn the reputation). Service in the restaurant is almost absent. Kids room in the family rooms has no windows leading to absence of insolation and freshness; housekeeping at low level; water temperature in the shower improperly regulated. Dress code: you can see people in swimsuits in the reception. Overall, hotel for non-sophisticated client with money.
