Review 1：The room was pretty dirty, the direct tv was either not in service or not working and the 'breakfast' was very disappointing.

Toilet also was leaking. staff was not helpful in location of room, said computer assigned rooms???? However, she did make a plan to change the room because of the problems but again on the 5th floor at the back of the building. Felt a beach view would have been a plus and a wooing factor. Did not get the impression staff was understanding or friendly. Breakfast poor.

Review 18：The floors were disgusting. I walked around with socks which eventually turned black due to how dirty the floor were. There was a sign on the the ice dispenser that basically said don't fill up your ice bucket. So we were limited to the amount of ice we could take. The room was just depressing.

I wasn't expecting a Hilton experience for only $100 bucks in gulf shores but I do expect the rooms to be spotless no matter where you stay and they were not even close! I used my own covers and didn't even turn back bed. Yuk. Also the breakfast area was so tiny there was not enough room to sit and you couldn't get to the food.

Review 64：Our first room was a mess. A lot of repair work being done in it. Sheet rock patching. Fogged windows, smoke smell. The next room smelled of bleach which was better. The ceiling needed to be repaired from a water leak.

Review 72：We found out upon arrival that they no longer allow pets and that has been the main reason we stay there every year. They allowed us to stay with our baby anyway but I'm not sure if we will be staying again if they aren't allowing pets. We take our baby with us everywhere and we choose our hotels based on whether or not they allow pets.

Review 74：Being told breakfast and other food options were limited due to off season. Also the ventilation in the rooms made it a little humid and uncomfortable. The room was outdated regarding mold, rust, peeling ceiling in bathroom.

Review 86：First room was an unfinished room when we opened door, we immediately saw the mattress placed against the wall. The second room had an odor and mildew around tub. WiFi never work, neither did satellite.....(keep going in and out). Oh my goodness when we went don't for breakfast, there were runny instant eggs, I asked attendant for grits, she informed me that I can get a bowline package of grits from counter of dining area, go out in lobby for water to put in my bowl, and then microwave my grits. Upon our departure, lady at front desk was rude by not asking how our stay was. She was on phone and never gave me the contact. If I could I would ask for money back, but bank has already drafted funds from my account. Worst travel experience ever.

Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was water down, coffee was weak, but restaurant was not bad at all. We stayed busy season, so hotel cost was very high ($200/night) It was waste money.

Review 140：Says beachside but i think its about the only hotel in gulfshores thats not on the beach. Its across the highway. Bathroom is very small. Very tight parking in a truck, although from the looks of it, all the hotels have very small parking areas. I would recommend this hotel only if all the (beachside) hotels were full.
