Review 1：Well, to be honest hotel could provide us with free Wi-Fi, I don't see it as a big deal. but no, if you need the internet - welcome to the reception or restaurant here it works, and still very poor quality. Another thing is a shower, no matter how you close the glass door, there will be water sufficient amount of on the floor. Animation team should be more creative and make some jokes apart of sexual ones as 1/3 of auditorium is children.

Review 2：Nice hotel, good food, helpful staff. We felt happy and pampered in the restaurants and bars, food selection was great, staff was more tan helpful. The hotel provides different sport facilities, animation team is good in aerobics, dances and aqua aerobics. Last year there was no place to put toileters in the washroom, this year the hotel put glass shelves. Well done.

Review 3：Beds quite uncomfortable, tables in restaurant weren't reset very quickly during dining we quite often had to ask for cutlery and glasses, wifi was very slow or didn't work unless you went to the reception, no cushions on the sun beds, spa manager quite pushy on the up sell after initial treatements - he put us off with his attitude.

Review 5：Dining hall was stinky and made me hate eating food during my stay. Taste of food weren't satisfactory. You need to get up at 7:00 am in the morning and put your towels on the sunbeds in order to have a sunbed for the rest of your day. Sunbeds first come first served and there does not seem to be enough of them around. It is not a good behavior to leave towels on sunbeds while you're away for 2 hours off the sea or pool but no other option you have as everyone behaves like that. Also the sand beach is open to public, any person outside the hotel can easily sunbath and swim with you, and this crowd can sometimes also be visually disturbing. Poor location. You will have no activity or attraction outside anywhere close to the hotel. There is no shower close to the sea on the sand. Therefore, once you get out of the sea, you need to go to the showers by the pool. And those showers have wood doors, which was disgusting as they also stank due to being too wet during the day. I think the hotel should remove the doors from those showers. The doors were nonsense.

Review 6：It was great to have a beach comfort on grass and among palm trees. Nice and clean rooms. The toilet was outside the room which was nice. And we also had another room with two bed, which was surprising. It was nice to have wide and spacious room with nice balcony.

Review 7：Family rooms are small. Fitness Equipment a bit modest. Language skills of Staff to be improved. No non smoking Area around swimming pool.
