Review 1：The A/C remote controller is fake, just be there and cannot do anything. If you don't want to get cold and wanna turn on the heating, please do not sleep before you call and ask them to do that! First day, I had set 28 deg, but woke up with 23.5 deg. C. Second day, set 30 deg, but woke up with headache since I got cold already, because the temperature was still 23.5 deg!!! After asking them, their technician said the controller was broken, so he set the temperature centrally, but when manager came and said that was always set by their central management. Huh? Whatever! Personally, I do not suggest go there!!!!!!!!!!!

Review 2：The room was not properly isolated, I felt like I am in a hostel. Be careful when you use the stairs, it's kind of edgy. Breakfast was a little bit expensive (45 TL per person).

Review 3：Staff are polite, they speak good English, the place look neat and very clean. The price is awesome. The location was just perfect, in front of the bust stop from the airport. House keeping are the best. No smoking rooms are available upon request. Early check-in and check-outs are available for genius members.

Review 4：We stayed for one night before flying out of Istanbul. We chose Nippon because it's a Comfortable hotel just metres away from the Havatas Airport bus transfer service. Strongly recommended.

Review 5：I found this hotel with very friendly, loyal personnel and modern, convenient interior of rooms, also location is very comfortable for walking and shopping.

Review 6：It was surprisingly easy to get to by subway, and it was close to everything i needed. The hotel was very clean. Room was nicer than the advertisement photograph. Price was great for this level of service and quality. Highly recommended.

Review 7：- Coffee, tea, water shower gel and shampoo are not replaced daily and you have to ask for it. - We once asked for water which we are supposed to have everyday 2 bottles and the employee told us if you want buy from the minibar!!! - Also a mosquito was in our room from day 1 until our last day! - There is no sound proof, so if the one next to you is loud you will not sleep at night. Moreover there was parties in the weekend at the hotel and the location of the parties was 2 floors below us. However the sound was like they are next to us, and we were unable to sleep because of the noise. Really dissatisfied!!!

Review 12：The room could have been prepared better for us as we booked it for 5 nights.(1) The main bedroom bed mattress was appeared damaged at one side. After 2 days when we raised objection. They clarified that this room is for disabled, hence the bed is slanted at one side. They changed the mattress. (2) bathroom shower room bottom tub and wall joint sealant was damaged, so water is leaking profusely. On repeating reminder, it was repaired which took atleast 3 hours in one evening, whereas it could have been easily done during day tome when we were out.(3) the furniture particularly the sofas appear as old which affect your mind.

Review 13：Location is excellent for an Indian family, as just in 1 min walk there is an Indian restaurant.hotel Break fast is good. Businesscentre good.they arrange taxi for yoy almost immediately whenever you want. Room WiFi good. Toiletries good.they given a bigger room to us.

Review 16：The room was not very clean. One day I found my pijamas lying on the flor like thrush, and on the last day they didn't take the dirty coffe cups to bring clean ones. I also found the price to high for the quality of services.

Review 21：The internet get disconnected alot and this maybe has to do with the season time where the hotel is full of guests/travellers. The bed sheet doesn't get changed everyday, not sure if they change it at all.

Review 22：The location is excellent for those who wants to use the public transportation bus (HAVATAŞ) it is few steps away. The breakfast is good in comparison with many other hotels. The check-in was really quick.

Review 34：If you want to remember the Dial Up days back in the 90s I suggest to use the WiFi in this hotel ! Most toilet facilities are poor & need replacement. Some loudly noises from nearby rooms after midnight although this is not the responsibility of the hotel but such behavior should be restricted and controlled by them ! we booked a room for three and paid a high prices to find out that the capacity of this room is suitable for two and what they did they added an extra bed for the third person !

Review 35：Central location especially if you want to stay near Taksim Sq. Small shops restaurant and cafe all around . Few minutes walks to Istiklal St. but other major interests are far away from the location of the hotel.

Review 36：The walls between the rooms are thin thin, like make of papers, so you hear everything from the neighbors and the corridors. The bed size are not convenience for tall european neither comfortable, the room size doesn't fit with my expectations

Front desk did not know what was going on in what meeting rooms so had to wait to find out what meeting room my mee5ing was in. Most business hotels have a daily manifest with the front desk so they know what is happening where.

Review 64：I booked through booking.com when i arrived the value changed saying the exchange rate is variable, i tried to pay by turkish currency also still more. Later i extended my stay with breakfast then after 2 days when i went to breakfast they catch me like a thief and said breakfast not included, i was embarrassed between other people and they calling to be sure if i lie, to solve this i told them to add the cost on my room till go to reception and see what happen. They take more than the rate saying will be refund at checkout but no thing i got!!!.value of money more than what deserve.

I always stay at the Nippon when I travel to Istanbul on business.

Review 69：The Hotel located a few steps from Taksim square and city center where the whole ways of transportation are available and the commercial market very enclosed to the hotel.

Review 70：it is a pity the windows are not sound proofed as it can be a noisy corner. Reception staff could do with some more training in English.....it is only just good enough. Breakfast price is just silly considering you can buy a monster omelette 100 meters away for much less.

Keeping in mind that breakfast was not included in the price and we had to pay extra eur 15 per person per day which means eur 60 for 2 persons for 2 nights. It is extremely high when the majority of all other hotels in the world including breakfast in their prices.

Review 79：The area of the hotel is excellent. Very close to Taksim square, to metro station and of course Havatas bus Taksim station is one block behind the hotel (Havatas bus is the bus to/from Ataturk Airport to Istanbul). Also the double bed was fantastic and the sleep was excellent.

Review 85：They could not provide me with a standard itemized bill. The staff said the computer was not able to do so because it was early in the morning (?). They offered nothing other than a credit card slip. I requested that they email it to me. It's been three days and still no receipt. I have sent two follow up emails, just in case the person at the desk failed to relay the information. Still no response. This is a huge problem because the trip was work related. Without the itemized receipt I cannot be reimbursed. I would definitely NOT recommend the Nippon Hotel for business travellers for this one extremely important reason. I'm left high and dry. Once you check out they do not seem to feel any responsibility to guests.
