Review 1：A bit expensive in peak season, but so was everywhere else.

Review 2：This was the perfect place to wind down. Beautiful gardens, great pool and lovely rooms. The staff were so friendly and even the food was good.

Review 3：The hotel is lacking in atmosphere...there's nowhere to sit and relax in the evening. The dining area is soulless and dull. Even during peak season it was eerily quiet. The pool bar wasn't open during the 4 days we were there. Although the rooms are visually pleasing there's very limited wardrobe space. Overall, quite disappointed.

Review 4：The lanscaping is really lovely, the rooms are a good size and very comfortable, and the staff are all really pleasant and helpful.

Review 5：I thought some of the staff was kind of fake and not genuine. They should offer more shuttle buses or not charge so much for taxi's. They charge 600B for one way "taxi" which is through the hotel. They wouldn't call a regular taxi which would probably be cheaper.

Review 8：The service and hospitality of the staffs. They were prompt in attending to any request and even made a table of balloons for my 2 year old daughter on her birthday which was unexpected. The breakfast selection was good and during our 6 days there we found the menu change daily.

Review 10：Within 20 mins of checkin in, I was upgraded to one of the premium rooms w a pool by the deck. The staff booked all taxis for our big group going to a wedding and remembered the rooms etc of individual guests ! Fuss free, awesome service

Review 11：The only draw back is that it is not situated on a high quality beach. That didn't matter to us as we went on boats to the various islands every day. I liked the road behind the resort for running.

Review 12：I loved the Elements. Gorgeous facility, exceptional staff, delicious food, amazing pool, comfortable rooms. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I had two adult children with me and we all loved it equally. The breakfast buffet each morning blew us away (so much variety and quality), and I got a massage (best of my life). Can't say enough good about this place. Better than the pictures!

Review 13：The hotel is a little isolated from other areas, but the hotel runs a shuttle bus into Ao Nang.

Review 14：The facilities and staff were absolutely first class throughout our 4 day stay. The food is a little bit expensive but incredibly tasty, some of the best I've had in Thailand. Excellent hotel.

Review 15：We had no bad experiences during our seven night stay. The hotel beach looks quite uninviting at low tide with some muddy sections and a few rocks but the fabulous Tab Kaek Beach is only a mile to the North and is quite accessible. The flat screen TV in our room had very poor reception so was pretty unwatchable but who needs TV in such a wonderful location?

Review 16：The staff were so kind and thoughtful, always greeting us in the customary gentile Thai fashion. The apartment was thoroughly cleaned every day with new bed linen and towels. The gardens were amazing with countless species of shrubs and trees in blossom which encourage many species of birds. The location of the hotel was within easy walking distance of several excellent restaurants and bars, if you wanted them, yet far enough away for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Review 17：Unlike most of the people visiting there I stayed at the hotel for 11 nights. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the king's size bed really comfy. Also the wifi was faster than I would have expected. As others say in their reviews, the location is a bit aside so it is really quiet around there which I liked. If you want to go to the bars it's better to take a shuttle to Ao Nang. The Tup Kaek beach is about 10 minutes cycling - hotel provides free bicycles (just be careful as the breaks are really used). It has a nice view of the islands and there are only few people so you don't crash to people when you go for a swim. I would definitely go back to the place :)

Review 18：We liked the fact that the location is a bit out of the busy 'centre'. Free shuttle bus and bicycles. Breakfast is okay. Resort is quite small but exactly what we were looking for. Food is good, prices reasonable. Nights nice and quiet. Big rooms.

Review 19：I got a manicure and pedicure that was horrendous standard and actually painful . Expensive and a waste of money. Laundry I put in for a wedding wasn't done in time and our clothes given back to us late and Un laundered causing us to be late for wedding. Staff did not even apologise it was very frustrating.

Review 54：Wow, what a great hotel! We spent 3 nights at Elements, and were very tempted to extend our stay. It was the friendly service, luxurious rooms, delicious food and relaxing poolside days that made this a holiday to remember. Elements is away from the busy tourist beaches, but the free shuttle bus made getting to shopping and restaurants very convenient. Thank you, Elements. We shall be back!

Review 56：The beach across the road from the hotel is clean but not particularlypretty. However, the wonderful Tup Kaak beach is not far: 20 minuteswalking, 5 minutes by bicycle or about 30 minutes of pleasant kayaking.The hotel is also a bit far from Ao nang, but organises a free shuttleservice 3 times a day, it takes about 20 minutes. There is also ashuttle to Krabi Town during week-ends (it is not free, though). Theroad to the hotel is in a few places not paved.

Review 57：The staff of "The Elements Resort" is just outstanding! Theydo an amazing job to make you feel welcome and they are always ready tohelp. The resort itself is small and modern. The rooms are very nice:clean, spacious, very well equipped and nicely designed. The restaurantwas also very good. Breakfast offered a good variety of food both localand international. Dinner menu was very diverse, the quality was goodand prices very reasonable. And again, the staff is extremely nice! Thepool area is great: enough space for kids and adults, it has hydro-massage and is surrounded by tropical trees and flowers. Some rooms haveprivate access to the pool. The hotel makes available kayaks (with lifejackets) and bicycles for free. All in all, I am very happy we chosethis resort and a big thanks to the entire Elements team for making ourstay so pleasant!

Review 58：Hotel Beach is separated by a small street and not too nice, you need to take the bike (free!) for 10 minutes to get to a good one. Massages were also quite expensive and not too great

Review 61：Shower temperature regulation did not work (it kept alternating between boiling hot and cold) which was a bit of a joke. Also, burger served to room without tomato ketchup (does anyone each a burger without ketchup?!) and obviously burger was cold by time ketchup eventually arrived (after 2 calls to reception). To manager - unless you would like to refund me, please don't bother commenting on this. Also, not directly on beach - must cross road.
