Review 1：Room, room services, internet, reception staff, after checking in after 2 nights they asked me to pay more for the stay of one of the children and they insist many times with out accepting their fault,

Review 3：Reception Staff behavior, this hotel is dominated by Russian crowd which was a big challenge to be accommodated. Very few staff members could speak and understand English. I would not recommend this hotel sine there are many other options in the neighborhood but the hotel recommended was Sold out during my visit. Seaside / beach has big stones and it was no fun to swim there.

Review 5：I was working here as a dj/ entertainer in 1996, went back to see some friends and to see what s changed after almost 20 years, i could have good memories, the resort dident changed so much, pool is bigger with an extra pool for childrens, some new shops and cafe, a new bridge that goes into the beach, food is great, entertainment and shows are nice, there are lots of russian tourist.

Review 8：Beach chairs are all taken by others placing towels on them although in many cases they never return. The beach has huge rocks that make it very uncomfortable to walk on barefoot.

Review 9：Great food, animators are very good, the pool is spacious, the beach has sufficient space for all to enjoy... night time entertainment is also good. The staff is very friendly and assists with all and everything that was brought to their attention. The spa was also worth it.

Review 15：No wi-fi in rooms. There was a lot of dishes of different kinds, but almost never beef for main meals, no butter for breakfast. Animation team could organize visits to Kemer night clubs,maybe for extra charge.

Review 16：The hotel is excellent for families, perfect place for kids. Big garden, mostly conifer. Drinks and food or snacks available 24/7, so won't stay hungry or thirsty. Shows host Younes creates the mood.

Review 17：there are three notes that the price is little expensive and the second is the timing of programs made you thinking about these always because it little strange for example the sport clube and not everything are free in spite of our reservation was (all inclusive) even some simple things like ice cream .
