Review 1：1. Bed not comfortable. 2. Location is not 10 min walk from Central World as indicated in the description. 3. Walk path to hotel is not safe. 4. No hair dryer in the room 5. Faulty TV remote control 6. Thin walls (was talking to colleague in the hotel room at 11+ at night and received a call to lower down our voice. We were not even loud as we were discussing on business. Probably just laughed a bit.)

Review 2：Only thing good about the hotel is the friendly staff

Review 3：The toilet was so close to sitting bowl, and shower.Too narrow and entrance to toilet is very high for old people. Morning breakfast is limited,less dishes.

Review 7：Staff were rude never smiled or even bothered to get off their phones. Bed was rock had and shower didn't work properly water squirted everywhere except where it was meant to. MOLD growing in the shower and a lot of it. I would never come here again.

Review 9：1) The annoying part is that Wi-Fi gets disconnected after some time, and it doesn't connect automatically. 2) Poor sound proof walls - can hear people slamming the wall and talking in the corridor/room. 3) Restricted amount of toiletries and water per day.

Review 14：staff- most of the staff give you the cold shoulder. they dont smile at you and also wont offer you help, unless you make a request. breakfast- simple spread of toasts/ham/hotdog/ fried rice/chicken. and there's all ! we go at 8.30am all almost 80% tray are not refilled. we decide to eat breakfast from the street instead. lift- do not go up to level 5 noise- this hotel is not suitable for light sleeper. the bang bang sound from hotel room door will leave u crazy.

Review 16：The Aircon is terrible, it's either too hot or too cold, even stopped in the middle of the night. I requested change of room but same thing happened. I get so fed up tuning the temperature of the Aircon n could not have a good sleep throughout my 3 nights stay there. Breakfast is nothing to look forward to. They are very stingy with mineral water, refused to give even one extra bottle despite my request. No bedroom slippers provided, shower is also bad, water either too hot or too cold. Wifi is not working well, have to sign in endlessly

Review 19：Hotel staff was very accommodating and had our reasonable requests granted. We are very grateful that they had requested the security guard to carry our luggages and boxes of purchases transferred to a cab they had assisted to negotiat to airport. We plan to be back in the same hotel in the upcoming month.

Review 20：The lady boss not friendly at all and even my guest just drop by to my room for 20min she ask for photocopy of ic n passport and tell all her staff look out this person make sure leave n cannot come back . The room is so smelly n full of dust that I have to ask them for scents to pray the room myself , I will never come back this hotel anymore and this is the hotel that should not been star at 4 stars hotel , it only worth 3 stars

Review 22：There are a lot of Drain flies in the bathroom shower area (At least 10 over in total?) and around the bin area below the TV console. It didn't really disturb me but it's presence a nuisance. Water temperature for showering don't stay most of the time, it's either too hot or just cold. I have to keep adjusting to have that 5 seconds of warm water, which i needed to shower my 2 year old. Window at the bed area faces the stairwell and main road, so we can't keep it open. Not a big issue for me thou.

Review 23：The location is great! Pratunam market area is just steps away. WIFI connection is decent, breakfast spread is ok too with 1 or 2 different dishes each day. Hotel staffs are friendly, the massage is just below the hotel, convenient and only 300 baht for an hour of full body massage, we enjoyed it! Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room clean, will replenish the free mineral water in the room as well. (Except for the drain flies?) All rooms are non-smoking room, we have a balcony for people who need a smoke.

Review 24：A rat come out of nowhere in the middle of the night trying to chew thur a pack of chips.could not find it after informing the staff and not allow to change room as requested. could not sleep for the rest of the night because afraid that the rat might return. Worst hotel experience in bangkok.

Review 27：Got deceived by the room size. It's not even 35sqm for deluxe. More like 14-15sqm. Damn small with that price tag. Housekeeping damn lazy to replenish your toiletries. Am not staying there again, no feel of the place, quite disgusted by the whole setup.

Front desk staff where very fake an didn't care to change our room after I asked if there was a quieter room after seeing there was still rooms available. I would not recommend this hotel to any one

Review 50：I have stayed in Bangkok before and have many friends that have stayed in three star hotels that were much better than this hotel and also nicely located so as for value for money-No ways!!!! We stayed on the fifth floor and please note the lift only goes to fourth floor so we had to walk up to our floor. The water in the basin was not hot at all even after we complained and they sent someone it still didn't have hot water. The shower is pathetic...No hot water-luke warm to cool water and the pressure is non existent. For a four star there is no dressing table-No plug point for the kettle-we had to plug it on our bedside table. There is only one bedside table with two plug points on it. So no place for another person to charge there mobile or keep a glass water at bedside etc. That made no sense to have rooms designed with just one bedside table for two occupants. There is no place for guests to just sit and chill. If you sit at the bar they ask you to buy something. The lobby area has table top notices saying that not outside food is allowed. So after a day of shopping one cannot even come to the hotel and just chill in the bar area or lobby. This is very unwelcoming and I've never experienced this before in my previous stays in Bangkok. The hotel smells terrible-Like sewerage dump.Will not come back to this hotel. Definitely not a four star in my books.

Review 54：This was my first bad experience through bookings.com. The hotel is way overrated. The location is poor, taxi drivers find it difficult to find. It's located right to a noisy bar that plays loud music until late. The wifi is horrible, the shower was old, the only thinks great about the hotel was the bed. I book airport transfers through the hotel and they forgot to pick me up. By far my most horrible hotel experience.

Review 56：Location wise it is abit far off from the BTS. As it only connects to the Airport railway, we have to keep changing train to get to the main attractions that are accessible through BTS. The streets are narrow, have to look out for vehicles that come from everywhere

Any lack of English skills by the rare staff member was compensated by an engaging smile and quick effort to get another staff member to understand.

Review 75：The location was poor and the hotel's name is unknown to taxis and tuk tuks. We couldn't sleep on level 3 the room was dirty noisy and full of bugs. The light from coridor was annoying because of short curtainsa and could not turn it off. The breakfast was poor and similar to street food. Unfortunately we booked this hotel after reading misguiding reviews at booking.com and we thought it will be a real 4 star hotel. We were disapointed and wondering why this hotel got 4 stars. We asked the reception on arrival to cancel the booking but they talled us that they will charge for 1 night. When we asked the reception to change our stay from 2 nights to 1 night only and let us in for first night and cacel the seconod night they refused to do so. So we stayed because we hadno other chice. The last day of our stay we asked the reception for a late check our 1 pm iinstead of 12 they refused by saying that they are fully booked so we left the hotel at 12 sharp.
