Review 1：There was a noise coming from adjacent room(s). Replacement room was smoking (though declared as non smoking). Only the third one worked. Absolutely nothing to do around. Not a value for money.

Review 10：Restaurant is very bad. The food is good, but the service is terrible. Long waiting times, staff is not friendly. There is music which is much to laud so that it is even not confortable to eat. And when asking to reduce the sound or switch it off (we were the only guests), the staff was provocatly putting it even lauder.

Review 15：Reception of the hotel situated on the 7th floor! There is only stairsto the elevator and when you have got heavy luggage you need to lift itto the elevator by stairs. All the rest is quite good and comfortable.
