Review 1：You can only charge 1 smartphone at a time with their 3 pin plug point if you've forgotten your universal power adapter.
Review 2：-Strategically located opposite Platinum Mall, good for those who likes to shop as they can drop of their shopping back at the hotel and go at it again, and again. - Friendly and helpful staff -Rooms were clean and comfortable. -Breakfast spread was good with reasonable variety.

Review 15：staff has been very polite, location of the hotel is great, swimming pool on terace is also very relaxing. air condintion works fine. there's so many option around where to eat a great local food. for fancy travelers siam square is about 10-15 minutes by walking or couple of minutes by tuktuk (i advise to everyone don't sit to the tuktuk without dealed price before! they can make you price about 400bahts instead of 50 for same distance)

There are a lot of massage parlours located just a few parallel streets away at Petchburi Soi 15. Sab X2 wanton mee is just next door. - Hotel has a pool and gym. - Comfortable and big room.

Review 41：Almost at the end of our stay, just one member of the front reception staff almost spoilt the whole atmosphere of our stay in Glow. Fortunately Ms Piyam from Reservations (whom I spoke to when dialling "0" for help) promptly put things happily right for us.
Review 42：The check in was done efficiently and promptly. The front counter staff helped us very satisfactorily with our enquiries. All these made for a great start to our holidays. At the end of our stay a Ms Piyam from reservations helped us resolve a problem which closed our stay in Glow and our holidays in Bangkok a very happy one. This is our 6th repeat stay in Glow. And each time the bell hops at the ground floor did their job efficiently and politely. Great staff all round.
Review 43：The only thing I would like to point out is that they need to hire a proper barman. The waiters/waitresses make the drinks and when it comes to cocktails, a professional person would be more appropriate.

Review 54：Great location with lots of street food options in the area. Just opposite platinum mall (shopping). But quite a bit of walking to all the other shopping (central world, paragon etc..). No BTS nearby.

Review 57：Not so good location if you are not there for shopping, as there will be traffic jam during peak hour. Hotel staffs not too friendly and took too long during check-in as there were many people checking in that time. Corner room at 16th floor, toilet flushing is not working sometime.
Review 58：Best location for shopping trip. Room is comfy, clean and will all essential needs. Corner room is spacious with sofa and sitting area, family from next door can come over for gathering at night. I like to centralized light control system. Wifi is fast!

Review 63：Lack of housekeeping staff, on my secondday, the room hadn't been cleaned till 18.00. I had been out of the room from 9.00 morning and put the sign for making up the room. We came back to the room about 16.00 and the room was still in a mess. The house keeping just came on about 18.00, she looked so rush and seemed still had some room not yet done, so we told her only to change our bedcover and replaced our towel.

Review 66：The hotel staff, more specifically the porters, are extremely helpful and are full of earnest smiles. The room is nicely kept and the most important fixture of it all is the crazily comfortable bed. Nothing beats getting back from a long day of walking in the streets of Bangkok and getting a great night's rest.

Review 70：There were doors in the room (ie cupboard and bathroom) itself that didn't fit well (maybe a worn out thread?) but it didn't bother me much since I was staying alone. A long 'shelf' which housed lights behind the bedframe was a little dusty.
Review 71：I was lucky to be given a high floor (20th) and the view was great! Staff was rather fluent in English and very polite. Check in and check out was very efficient too. There is a massage place in the same building who also services the hotel's guest. I had a body scrub and aromatherapy massage which was awesome.
Review 72：We was being charge additional 1000baht for smoking in the room (after bargaining from the initial 2000baht per day to 3000 bath for 3 nights then 1000th for 3 nights). They are not able to give us a smoking deluxe corner room as the room was taken. They ask us to move to a smaller room even though we have paid for the big room if we dun pay the fine. We have no choice so we paid but there wasn't any receipt issued. We are not sure whether they cheat or not. If possible I hope the management of GLOW could give me an explanation on that.

Review 84：King sized bed was actually two singles, hotel taxis way overpriced and tours were tourist traps. We were lured out to boat ride that they did not disclose the intial price of, which they tried to charge us 4000 baht equal to 100$ per person, we complained and got our money back.

Review 103：At the way to Pratunam market, there are cars on the crowded road. I happened to be scratched by a car from the back. The driver didn't even bother to come down from the car and say sorry. It not very serious but still i am wounded. When i told the hotel about this, they are very kind to hand me first-aid kid to clean up my wound. I was very great great. But still be careful when you walking along Pratunam.
Review 104：The bed is huge, it combined the 2 single bed to one. The location is very good, IF you are planning to shop at Platinum mall, pratunam and the shopping centres around. The back ally behind the hotel is quite interesting. There's a nice wantan noodle at the back ally, which opens at 9am.

Always had to alert them to give us cutleries, cups etc. There was a strand of hair stuck in the shower head the first day we were there... Room service staff sometimes gave us face towels, sometimes only gave 1... And other times none at all. Some consistency would be good.

Review 129：Unfortunately is the hotel not good maintened. The room was in really bad condition. The desk was hanging from the wall, the door of the closet couldnt be moved, in the bathroom everywhere mould. The staff at the desk and the breakfast seemed didnt care and you hardly get a smile from them. We really loved the glow and are sad that it has changed that way. For sure this was our last time at the glow!
