Review 1：Small rooms.small bathroom.customer service is ridiculous.i ask for 1 tea bag I have been told it's not free.i don't accept anything free.tea bag should be included in room services.the way you treat people it's not nice.

Review 7：The staff were very rude, impolite and unhelpful. The hotel is very cheap and I don't recommend any family or girls alone to stay in this hotel. We were 2 girls alone, and some guys were knocking on our room's door and wall at 4.00 AM in the morning. We told the hotel employees and the receptionist twice, but they didn't listen to us and they didn't do anything. The second time it happened, they changed our room, after we made a huge fuss. Two nights after, we heard two people shouting and screaming in the corridor at 5.00 AM. The location of the hotel is extremely bad. Directly on the streets, and there was a lot of noise. The elevator is always down. The internet connection is really bad. Two stars is more than enough for this hotel.

Review 28：Poor sttaf , receptionist supervisor was quite unhelpful when I have asked him to help with my credit card which was not working at the ATM and i needed to get cash from the reception as a paid out and he can use my credit card manually he supposed to do something otherwise he should at least say sorry we do not have this type of service where other can do it otherwise in a nicely manner he can say i have other options or no ,he replied by his turning his face no without even talking to me and he left and i was still at the reception and nobody was there

Review 31：Their lift was very small only maximum 3 people could get in imagen you want to to 9th floor for breakfast in the morning. The stairs were very narrow and Sharp and only one person could use it at the same time. wifi was very poor loosing it more offten. location was gloss to Tamsin square, but in the steeply and bus street. TV was not working at all even when you told them about it and they send an engineer. All he did was changing TV remote, still did not work.

Review 55：The location of hotel was excellent to use underground train, to all the tourist attractions. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff helpful always and if there was anything they couldn't answer or didn't know they would find out for you.

RUDE RECEPTIONIST: The night-time receptionist was extremely rude, he wouldn't agree to upgrade our room from a Budget room which was booked by mistake to a Standard room even though there were rooms available and we we were willing to pay the full price of a Standard Room! SMALL ROOMS: admittedly this is all relative. If you are a Hobbit you might describe the room as snugly rather than small. PILLOWS FROM HELL: Hotel Pillows are rarely comfortable but Cartoon's pillows are so atrociously uncomfortable, I am sure they can be put to good use in Dante's Inferno. NO INTERNET: While in theory there is wifi in the hotel, the connection is so slow to the point of being unusable. I am not talking about youtube videos or large attachments by the way. The connection is so infuriatingly slow that it is almost impossible to check a google page or news article. So if you plan on staying in Cartoon Hotel make sure you don't need to use the internet at all during your stay. My recommendation, STAY CLEAR from CARTOON Hotel. There are much better hotels in Istanbul who actually have an understanding of proper customer service.

Review 75：The rooms were quite small, and if you got a room towards the front of the hotel I doubt you'd get any sleep because of the 24/7 traffic that was on the road outside. The traffic was immensely annoying and the best way around Istanbul would be the public transport.

Review 77：I thought i was made a fool. The difference between the condition of entrance lobby and actual rooms and galleries is immense. Do not fall for the design and looks of entrance hall. All the lifts are bad and suffocating. Hotel has defiantly seen its good days. wash rooms were old, not maintained, shower was not in good shape, water dosn't drain properly in bath area & turns into mini pool. Plenty of good hotels for less price in the area. Staff at reception was verrrrrrrry rude. management please change the guy

Review 100：The reception staff did not bother to my requests. I was cheated by a tour operator but hotel staff did not cooperate. I asked for currency change but hotel staff refused. When i arrived i kept waited for 02 hours and said that room is not ready. The check in time is 12pm. I waited till 12:30pm. They give room in basement and charged 82Euro per night. This is cheating.
