Review 1：The hotel is excellent for family with young children , nice Aqua park perfect pools even for adults, nice area , close to beach and stag was friendly, i do recommend to family with young children

Review 6：I did not feel well in this hotel. The hotel was overbooked so we did not get the room we reserved. Meals were a disappointment - lack of choice. Maintenance of the hotel is very poor - doors are jammed, water is leaking in the garage, drain in the aquapark was stuffed with dirt. Poor cleaning of the hotel premises. Not much has been renovated in the past 15 years. Personnel seemed uninterested and definitely not friendly. The sea water was very unpleasant - dirty and full of jellyfish.

Review 12：Room looks not bad only for 1st look. Inside refrigerator dirt leaking, cockroaches in room and bathroom, fungus in bathroom. Spiders on pillow and sealing. Receptionist doesn't know any details, can't make any decision and there is huge problem to contact with owner. We came very late to hotel and early morning had to go out and came back late evening. 1 cockroaches was find out after coming but hopped that there will be no more. After coming back in the evening find out more in bathroom and room.Then decided to change hotel. Anyway even if we wasn't in hotel whole day they didn't agree to cancel payment for 2nd day... Totally disaster! !!! Also nobody in reception knew password for wi-fi in room, phone in room was not working so every time had to go to reception. I'm not sure this is all but I can say one thing- Never Ever Again!!! Don't go there!!!!

Review 16：Poorly managed hotel. There is no ongoing maintenance of the building, and the rooms. Almost all things being eroded. Very sloppy work what they renovated . No unified furniture style on corridors and common areas. The receptionist are disappointing. Absolutely nothing any helpfulness: all things or problems you need to find out, they do not give any information. No smile. It makes you feel yourself as goofy alien here. We had to replace our allocated room, because there was stinky food smell. The pool staff had also rude attitude. Without warning they switch off the lights at 8h36 in stead of 9h, because they hurry to home. Again I felt like in socialism. Thanks for nostalgia!

Review 17：This is an aquatic paradise for children and their parents. There are many of pool: in a totally 8 different heated pools, as well as three different pools in addition in sauna areas. There are three types of saunas (steam, infrared, normal). Water Beds, rest areas, gyms.. So it is Super! The breakfast was Ok, but the vegetables were missing. The cleaning staff are charming. Would be an excellent hotel but unfortunately very poorly managed.

Review 20：First of all, the lock of our room was horrible. We had to put the keycard many-many times in order to lock the door, and doing this almost every time for 4-5 minutes was disturbing. Then, the handle of the door was always coming down... The breakfast was not the best either. On the website it was said, that the internet is available from the rooms, which could have been confortable, because unfortunately I had to work. The internet was only available from the Reception hall, so everybody was crowded in a place to use it and the internet was not continouos, which was disturbing too. The garage door had also some electrical problems, but we got use to it. These were the only things which were disturbing, the hotel and its location was quite nice.

Review 24：-cooler did not worked (in 30-32 C!) -our room had a garbage deposit's view -unfriendly restaurant staff -there was no wifi for two days -workers doing noisy work under our window hours -restaurant menu is so-so, sometimes the fruits were not enough -want to pay at the end, but the computer was wrong for an hour -phone did not worked correctly -occassionally bug pesticide smell in the corridor

Review 26：I was told via email that the hotel transfers via taxi would be 50 euro, on arrival the taxi from the airport was 120 euro. I approached the staff about transfers back to the airport, the receptionist began looking into transfers but then got bored and asked if I had the internet. I said I did, she then told me to look myself and wrote down a website. When I tried to look the website was all in Italian so I could not do this. I emailed the contact who had been emailing me before arrival but had no response so I was forced to catch a taxi back to the airport for departure. This was the only down side to the trip.

Review 28：Have to pay extra for the sauna. The building is located less than a pizzeria. The top of the pizza hood system is under the hotel's rooms. Throughout the day you can smell the kitchen. The 111 road in front of the hotel, and non-stop go traffic. The beach is not sandy opposite.

Review 49：The whole place. The photo's are deceptive. The place is old and needs a complete refurbish. There is an amusement arcade which you have to pass each time you go to your rooms, breakfast is largely unappealing, the rooms not great. Location is on main road, the view not particular pleasant unless you want to look at Koper docks. The Wi-Fi is as many commented totally inadequate. If the hotel had just a fraction of the quality that staff showed, it would be fine. BUT in short, it is woeful!

Review 50：The staff save this hotel from greater criticism. One of our group lost a wallet, but this was returned a day after we left intact. They are friendly and helpful.... one the whole really nice people.

Review 51：Considering that it is out of season period, I was given a room far from the reception, with a long walk. The room was not equiped with iron, bathroom heater was not working. Breakfast choice was very disapointing. The buffet was removed at 10am, breakfast staff didn't stop removing dishes although guests were still around topping up their plates! Very poor considering how much it costs per night.

Review 52：The parking facilities are fantastic, safe and free of chargre. Parking garage is accesible from the reception.

Review 53：Room was not even remotely such as in the picture, when I booked a room.When I asked at the reception, whay I did not get rezerviane room, the lady said(very unfriendly) that I got what I reserved. but when I asked why the room differs from Foto on Booking, she said she does not know the pictures of rooms they have on Booking... I was disappointed.

Review 58：Room was warm and stuffy despite having the windows opened throughout the night. Rooms are located far from reception, we had to lug our luggages through long corridors and up two sets of elevators.

Review 59：WiFi is available only in corridors and halls, not in the rooms. If you're lucky though, you can catch WiFi from nearby pizzeria (thank you Pizza 33 :)). Also, didn't get receipt upon paying the hotell bill.
