Review 1：Staffs in front desk must learn how to smile very well and formal speaking with other staff. Wifi signal was poor in my room.
Review 2：I have stayed hear 4 times over the year with my family ; Nice swimming pool & fitness, Comfortable room to sleep well, Good location not far from Aonang Beach & close to the masjid, Simple & good breakfast, Beautiful & modern style boutique hotel.
Review 3：check in process, we are travelling for a group of 5 and they allow us to stay (2 rooms) then at night they inform us to pay for extra bed at THB 750.-!! which the room that we booked only THB 850.- so we think it's not resonable so we have to book for one more room on that night.

Review 7：First night the water stopped for over 4 hours in the room. 2nd night the electricity stopped working for hours and throughout the stay the internet was spotty at best. The owner was not flexible at all and would not make any concessions with these issues. After checkout my friend had left her phone in the taxi that the hotel booked for us. When we called to get the taxi's phone number they denied booking the taxi. Finally they said to call back in 10 min and when we did they said no phone. We had the reception of our new hotel call them and after 30 min they finally gave her the number to the taxi who did have the phone. If we did not push the issue they could have cared less. Absolutely the worst experience ever and I am a frequent international traveler.

Review 9：The location of the hotel is fairly far from Ao Nang beach but close to the pier were you can get a ferry to Rail Lay Beach for 80bht. There is supposedly free transfer to Ao Dang but we were never able to organise this with the reception staff. The reception staff whilst friendly do not speak English well and we found it hard work to request things. The biggest thing was the wifi which is supposedly available in all areas but didn't work at all on our floor (3rd) for at least 3 days. It was only after much complaining and writing an email to the hotel (which was never answered) did the wifi come back on our floor. I also had a member of the reception staff hang up on me when trying to discuss the lack of wifi in our room. The manager also never appears to be present so trying to get anything resolved quickly was very difficult. We also had issues with towels not being replaced and coffee sachets being in limited supply in the room for some reason. The pool area whilst nice needs some parasols to give shade against the sun. This hotel also doesn't serve alcohol although you can buy and bring it in. Good luck trying to request a bottle opener though.
Review 10：The hotel was very new when we stayed so the everything was brand new which was nice. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to ask for fresh fried eggs in the morning rather than having the ones already put out at breakfast. The pool is lovely and a good size.
