Review 1：We booked a suite with separate bedroom and kitchen facilities. Was very roomy and we could make our own breakfast. Also was very private and quiet. Owner is very helpful.

Review 2：The only draw back to the room was that it had a wall heater/air conditioner that was not thermostat controlled.

Review 7：We stayed in the king deluxe room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was updated. The full patio was nice to relax. The views were amazing. The owners were friendly and helpful!

Review 8：It smelled old,carpet to the king deluxe room was diry,and that hall way smelled musty.The cleaning people just made the bed and replaced towels,they never vacuumed. Very disappointed.

We slept well in a clean room and saved quite a bit of money. I just wish we hadn't been too busy hiking and enjoying Estes Park to check out the hot tub!

Review 23：The only negative was the bed. It was super uncomfortable and we didn't sleep well as a result. We were almost late for our hike because it was really hard to get up after a sleepless night. The mattress needs to be replaced and the bedding quality increased. The comforter was very scratchy.

Review 101：I had two children traveling with me and it would be good for them to not have to ask (upper management?) if it was okay that they just charge an additional $10. It should be to walk in and they know this. If too many people are staying in one room, then they should state this obviously on their web-site or on the door that there is a limit. I felt like I could be getting charged a lot extra or turned away.

Review 102：This area wasn't the best but I think the Hotel is trying to improve by making sure that people aren't taking advantage of them. The room was clean and staff was pleasant. And the Wi-Fi worked better than the $200 hotel I stayed at.
