Review 2：Hot water went off all morning and wifi didn't work on a consistent basis for several hours during different days. The walls are very thin and you can listen to the other rooms at night...clearly this is not a 5 star hotel.

Review 11：The hotel is very well located though it is expensive and not worth this money per night. They claim that they are a 5 star hotel but the standard rooms are small and the furniture looks old. The pool area is overlooking very busy bridge with constant traffic so you cannot relax by the pool. It takes ages to order simple coffee and you need to remind them few times.

Review 12：Bathroom terrible, wifi did not work, breakfast revolting, pool was green and had pigeons swimming in it, bedswere uncomfortable. music and bass from bar made it impossible to sleep and went on till 6 am.

The neighborhood of the hotel was good, many pharmacies, restuarants, grocery market and bakeries. Hotel staff was friendly and assisted whenever required. Overall good experience.

Review 34：Hotel is old and badly need a refurbishing. Service is poor. We booked a triple room, the towels, etc, were provided to cater for double occupancy. The hotel provides only one bottle of complimentary drinking water for a triple occupancy room. No drinking glasses in the triple room. The hotel provided a small piece of soap for 3 persons for 4 nights! Upon check out, the hotel applied a very unfavourable exchange rate from Euros to Turkish Lira!

Review 44：The pictures really impress more than it actually is. The pool closes 4pm when the sun is still high and when I finishes work and could actually relax! The bathroom is old-fashioned, dirty and old bath. Pillows were not nice. Mini bar not cold enough, watery actually. So many ugly buildings in the view that the bridge view only makes sense at night. I did manage to order an excellet pasta through room- service at midnight! Internet stopped work when I needed te most mid-morning.

Review 101：The hotel is quite run down and dated despite the facelift on the main entrance and inside the superior rooms. Staff were not receptive, friendly or responsive and we're not able to communicate on a basic level in English. The buffet. Breakfast was terrible with limited choice and poor quality. Even the toaster didn't work (not helped by the staff constantly switching it off so had no chance to heat up. No fruit juices available (just a powdered orange mix) and had the feel of an old school cafeteria. We would have checked out early if the payment was refundable.

Review 105：The rooms we were accommodated in were definitely nothing like the ones in the pictures that we have seen. In fact the triple room that we have booked was a twin room with a camp bed, which on the top of it turned out to be broken, imagine the horror! Although the staff were eager to help, it took them a lot of time and a lot of our nerves. Not to mention that in the end they brought an actual bed from God-knows-where into the room and forgot to put blanket and towels for the third person. Except the category musts such as swimming pool, sauna, fitness, etc., excuse me, but the hotel is far from five stars. Lastly, have a good stock of earplugs as you will need them at some point since every other night weddings are being celebrated in the restaurant downstairs and, of course, with the never ending traffic outside it is a real bummer that the rooms appeared to be not soundproofed at all. And when you think that all of the mentioned so far is being just a small part of the delightful memories we ended up having of our stay in Ortakoy Princess...
