Review 1：The hotel breakfast was a very basic pre-prepared plate, but the view from the roof-top breakfast room of the llake and mountains on three sides more than made up for it!

Review 2：As the hotel was quite empty we were very lucky to be upgraded from a standard double to a small suite with fantastic views of the lake and a TV in both rooms as well as tea-making, minibar and large fridge! The large bed and the pillows were very comfortable, and the room extremely quiet so we slept well. The nearby associated restaurant (Felekabad) by the lakeside served good food throughout the day. The hotel staff were very friendly.

Review 3：Staff were not knowledgeable of area. Room was stuffy - lacked adequate air circulation especially at night - such that I became dizzy (something I've not experienced before). Though the refrigerator did not work at all, it was plugged in and was emitting lots of heat. A bare electric wire was sticking out of the back of the wall mounted hair dryer next to the towel rack! Safety box did not work (though staff did fix the safe upon request). However, because the small safes are not mounted to a shelf, they could easily be carried off. Breakfast the second morning was self service - a little confusing. Terraced breakfast area gets pretty hot as it's surrounded by glass and air conditioning is insufficient to keep the are cool.

Review 5：It was difficult to find out information about the starting points for the St. Paul Trail but this was not the fault of the hotel owner who really made every effort to help us
