Review 5：Room allocated for me was at the rear of the hotel. Access to a lift was quite far from the room. Window view was horrible & not enough facilities in the room. Toilet was not appealing. Staff not friendly at all. The linen were not seems to clean and appealing. On request linen were changed. Tea making facilities were horrible, no proper tea cups, spoon etc.

Review 17：Lots. There are 2 buildings attached. Since i was a tourist without the knowledge of local language, i was conveniently given a room in old block(behind the new one, but with same entrance and elevator). The room was damp and stinky. U cannot open the window(it was cleverly locked) as it might stink more from the debris i saw outside. After making multiple request, my room was not changed, which made me very UNHAPPY. Otherwise, i am pretty much a non fussy guy. i do not want to complain about going and getting hot water from a 30 metre distance outside to make a hot tea in the room.

Review 24：Spacious room with cozy design, location is excellent if you wanted a shopping trip! Located in Pratunam Market. 3 mins walk to 7-11 store, 5-8 mins walk to massage/ McD and 10 mins walk to Platinium Mall. There is a counter to book Taxi outside the hotel. Ok for breakfast, at least they serve some different choices everyday.

Review 28：Highly recommended for : -the proximity to shopping destinations: Pratunam market, Platinum mall etc. For ladies/shopaholics, you can visit Pratunam morning market (7am - 9am) and shop shop shop, when done, just walk back to hotel to store your stuff : ) -hotel staff have good command of English and is helpful -McD and 7 eleven is close by -Massage places is nearby (about 3mins walk) and many outlets to choose from I would come back! :D

Review 33：Great location. In the centre of Pratunam market and 10mins walking distance to Platinum mall. Situated at the small alley next to Shibuya 19. Hotel staff is helpful. About 25mins walking distance to Retchachewi BTS station or 50-100baht taxi/tuk tuk to the BTS station. Taxi services is provided to certain places just outside the hotel. To get metered taxi, might have to walk to the main road or queue in front of Platinum Mall entrance.

Review 34：Like the interior design of the room. Very spacious for that kind of affordable price. The best thing is there are lots of wholesale shops just outside the hotel, pratinum market and platinum mall nearby. Its about 7mins walk from train station to hotel. Although its not a 4 or 5 star hotel, convenience to anywhere is the best. As i'm a muslim, halal foods are convenient now to compare back then 7yrs ago.

Review 35：Rooms are small, a little shabby. Bed and bed covers are not that much clean, Though AC was good. Moderately good breakfast. If you are looking for leisure, you'll get much better hotel at this price in sukumvit.

Review 37：We reached the hotel 10am and we told them coming come back for check in at 2pm and requested for twin bed room, at the end came out one double bed room. Ask us to pack our luggage stand by at lobby for record 'want to change twin bed room at tomorrow morning 9am because they won't record for us immediately. It's ridiculous to trouble us because of their mistake?! Toilet door is annoying when we close every time, shower head is not user friendly, please improve the drainage system, feel like flood every time when taking shower. Towel got red stain, bed also. Inconvenient there's no plug connection nearby the bed. No dresser in the room. There's a small round plate can be remove beside the shower head, that's not a good idea to put over there because when I took my shower gel from the plate it was easily to came out and drop on the floor and my leg got hurt and got penalty because I broke it 'Claps

Review 38：Good location, near to shopping malls and food street and massage 'Blue spa recomanded got three outlet. Room are Big enough to open two big luggage. Air condition cold enough. Housekeeping prompt service when we asked for toilet roll. Long mirror in the room. Tips : Request New wing when you book the hotel.

Review 39：The tv had no sound each time we turn it on. Complaint numerous times and finally after the second night, they changed us to the new wing. Was a long way to walk as there is only walkway connection on 3rd, 4th, 5th and 9 th floors. We were on the 8 th floor so had to take the lift at the foyer to 9th floor and walk via the walkway to the new wing, then walk down the staircase to 8th floor where we stayed. Stayed 5 days altogether. Will never stay there again. Ken who works for the hotel, arranged a cab to take us around Bangkok for a day from 7 am till 5pm , we told him we wanted to go to the floating market, then Wat Arun, Wat Po and finally Chatuchak market. We were given a receipt that clearly stated where we were going. However, on that day, the driver who took us, Mr Alongkorn, he was angry and asked why we are going to so many places. He was angry the whole time since after the floating market. Upon our return, i complaint to Ken ( the cab boss at the hotel). Ken said sorry to us. What was the point? He spoilt our trip, our day.

We had talked to the reception and they said they would fix it but there were no differences at all. Toilets were not really clean. So I assume that the hotel is okay with 3 people. However, upon check in then I was told that extra charges will be made for 3rd person. I was given a room no but didnt tell me which floor. Mosquitos inside the room and I have to spray repenllent. Ceilings above shower dripping dirty water when I shower. Call Reception but the guy just come in and wipe the ceiling and tell me its ok. Wifi was not working in room too. It was the worst hotel ever in Bangkok, not worth paying this price.
