Review 1：Very slow WiFi. And the beds in the suite(it has 2 semi-double) were good for a small couple.If you have some kgs more than the normal you'll sleep without your girlfriend.

Review 2：The Hotel Ramada Trimontium is in the Central Square.Is the best location if you want to walk down the pedestrian street in order to see the market and also the old town.

Review 3：When we arrived the room was cold, we were told this was because there had been no guests before us. However we had booked over 24 hours in advance. The room remained around 17C throughout our stay and the heating system was very noisy. Common areas were also cold and the hotel is looking tired.

Review 4：The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is great.

Review 5：We checked out having left 3 pieces of women's dress, incl fur jacket. Next I gave a call to the reception reporting the problem. After all we had back just 2 items, EXCLUDING MOST EXPENCIVE fur jacket. The staff of the hotel did not offer any solution to the problem. Moreover: A) They refused to call for police to investigate the case; B) General manager of the hotel named Erol Olcan suggested to provide him with proofs we left 3 items not 2! So I call Booking.com administration to stop reservations at the venue before any action / investigation is made!!

Review 6：My room was supposed to be one of the best - a junior suite. Indeed, it was quite spacious and had all the facilities I needed. However, the bedroom and the bed were placed right next to an elevator that runs all night. There SHOULD NOT BE A ROOM there at all. Moreover, the parking was paid. This is crazy for a hotel of such class and prices. Breakfast was plentiful but rather low quality and not much variety.

Review 12：The rooms are old and not deeply cleaned. The jacuzzi shower and bathtub were old and the shower wasn't working properly. There were cracks on the walls. The furnitures in the room was old and the beds / sofa were "hard". There was no main light in the principal room apart of 3 little lamps. The minibar made noises for all night long, thank you. The price for 2 nights was 180€ in the Junior Suite, too expansive for the place.

Review 13：I liked the position of the hotel, it is 2 minutes walk from the main street, 5 minutes from the Old Town. I liked the room service a lot, the food was great and cheap. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast even though the croissant could have been better! I like the inside pool, very warm! I did some exercise there. The massage service is very cheap, I didn't try it though because I hadn't much time.

Review 18：Do not expect a high quality breakfast. Compared to the environment the breakfast is cheap and mediocre; we nearly ate nothing. The beacon is not grilled in an appetizing way, the fruit salad low quality, the personell is not as well trained as you would expect in a 4-*-Hotel (doesn't see that you have a problem or want to get in contact with them, bill wrong, didn't prepare the table themselves when pointed to missing dishes etc.), marmalade is cheap, etc. The assortment of cheeses was not our taste, the juices not pure fruit juices but some kind of sugar water, and due to the absence of personell no improvement could be served.

Review 19：Very impressive hotel with a classical interior. Wonderful swimming pool; the massage is great! Room was very generous, there is a multifunctional shower in the bathroom as well as a whirl pool! Scrambled eggs were good. Even without any kind of toys the children enjoyed the luxury! Parking outside for 4 Euro per day!

Walking distance to Plovdiv's main attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc. Very good gym and beautiful indoor swimming pool. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Good air conditioning. Impressive restaurant in Soviet style. Good breakfast. Fast and friendly check in and out. Nice outdoor terrace.

Review 24：The hotel looks good from outside and has high price rate for whats inside ... Me and my wife booked a studio and they gave us one on the 3rd floor that was fasing the main road. The real problem was it was very bad maintained ! The furnitures were old and durty! The chair was broken, the mirror in the bath too. The mirror in the living room was cracked. The doors was very noisy and the bed linen was not even well done. The floor was dirty and behind the Tv there was plenty of dust ! On top of that, on Sunday housekeepers wake us up at 8 am !!! by talking very very loud at the corridor from the next rooms. We had really bad experience with this hotel and I can not recommend it at all !!!

Review 26：Checkin takes a long time... I booked a room through a booking (2 adl + 1 chd). The staff offered me another room and say: this room no extra charge, and I accepted this. Later, staff told me, "that boss is angry", and I must paid 18 euros for extra bed in standard room, or checkin in another room . I did not dispute, and I paid 18 euros for extra bed...

Review 30：Brilliant location. Right in the centre of the city and very easy to get around. Hotel is a good standard, and big spacious rooms. Would recommend a balcony room as they are cooler for summer months. Pool view rooms are very warm as the sun is on these all day. Casino is open till late with free drinks and food which is very handy.

Review 33：The pool: I wonder non guests pay 12 leva and consume for all 12 lev and the pool become free ... We the guests we have the pool -but we pay for the same consumation that the non guest . That mean That we have the pool. But Non guests they have the pool free too.??If they can use all the entrance summe to eat and drink. I dont understand .Its mean that the pool is free for them too- only they need to eat and drink. 12 leva. Any how all of us need to drink and eat.

Review 46：Location is good. Hotel is located near the start of the main shopping and pedestrian street. But it's a 20 minute walk to the old town. It's convenient if you don't want to drive your car up the narrow cobblestone streets in the old town. Staff is friendly.

Review 47：The female bar staff who were on duty whilst we stayed in your Hotel need a few training days in customer care. When our group all sat down to play cards in the bar and on asking for a wine list the Bar Female told us to go to the restaurant and we could get one their. The female bar staff then ignored us all and carried on speaking to another uniformed male member of staff who was leaning on the bar. We eventually got served after fetching our own wine list. Every evening in the bar playing cards we had to go to the bar and ask the bar staff for more drinks. We were only sat next to the entrance to the Casino. And we were the only people in the bar. The uniformed staff you meet as you enter and leave the Hotel need to smile, at least when wished Good Morning and Good Evening. Not one smile from anyone in a 3 week stay in your Hotel.

Review 48：All the Girls on the reception were Immaculately dressed and well presented. They were all charming helpful and very informative all during our stay. Excellent Girls and a credit to your Hotel. All the Staff we met were immaculate and were very well groomed. The room cleaning staff we had were very nice and helpful rooms were made up every morning and very well done and clean. The breakfast staff were very good in providing anything immediately when it was needed, ie coffee milk Etc. Both swimming pools are excellent. Especially the indoor one.

Review 53：Floor was uneven wood floor with herring bone pattern. It had been water damaged in the past and was very noisy and uncomfortable to walk over at night. We paid for a "deluxe" room that had pictured a sitting area with a love seat but, it did not match the room we were given and no confirmation was sent as to the type of room we booked. The room appeared to be average with the exception of a hidden fridge with mini-bar stock at very high prices (as expected).

Review 55：We weren't aware it was prom night and about 200 well dressed very noisy young adults defended on the hotel with whistles and chanting. The roads were blocked for hours and after a night out when we returned there were the usual shenanigans for a prom night kids in the pool fully dressed running through the corridor etc. however we had a good nights sleep and breakfast was ample. We travelled in May half term.

Review 56：I had asked that, prior t confirming my reservation the hotel let me know if there weer steps and if I could have a walk in shower. Absent any notification I was disappointed to find that there are several marble steps up to te front of the hotel, all room have a shower over bath and that there are 14 steps to get to the pool, though with handrail and that it would be difficult to enter and exit the pool as the ladder are steep. There is an indoor pool but apparently it costs 10 euros. I didn't explore further, helpful if the booking,com listing were more specific, especially re showers and steps.

Review 60：Upon arrival in my room, I've found the bed-sheets clean but torn,same with the bathroom towel- also torn, the Jacuzzi broken, the bathtubstained,all due to overuse and needing maintenance. The main corridorshad old TVs sets laying around on the floor for few days, there was adirty ladder on the wall next to the spa elevator, corridor walls wereworn off. The whole place is in a desperate need of a renovation. Iwanted to try the spa but staff was not helpful, nor accommodating and Icancelled my appointment while in the changing room. Overall, I'vefound the hotel staff to be unfriendly and lacking customer service. Iwas never greeted by the staff, I've either received rathersurprised looks and stares or was totally ignored, which made theexperience of staying in this hotel even worse. I carried my heavysuitcases down the stairs by myself, while the staff was watching...If Iwasn't having an event at this hotel, I would have moved out thefirst day. There are many beautiful and some unique hotels in Plovdiv,consider your options carefully.

Review 61：The best feature of this hotel is its location and that is a well-knowncity landmark. Wi-fi was available and although you had to reconnectevery time you move to another floor, the signal was relatively strong.Bed linen was changed daily.

Review 62：Rude hotel staff, very old box televisions (every hotel has flat screens now),80 percent is turkish channells andvery poor wifi You can find a cheaper hotel or apartment hotel for half the money. The hotel is owned by Turks and is only customer friendly to them. I visit Plovdiv many times, but will not use this hotel again and will tell many others not too use it.

Thanks to booking.com customer service the problem was solved few days later. Second , the bed was shorter then I expected. My husband is 1.90m tall and he had a problem with this.
