Review 1：The staff were very friendly and helpful. We Did receive a complimentary room upgrade which was wonderful. We believe we would have been quite happy either way.

Review 2：When I booked it I read that there were inhouse movies. The info booklet in the room also said this. However there werent any movies.

Review 3：The room was very comfortable. Very spacious. The bed was a lovely treat away from home. I would definitely stay there again.

As checkout was 10 am we were ready to leave and as we were walking out the door we were informed the hot water was now on... Too late for a shower when we were not advised we could have stayed late or that there was I hot water available until we went to shower!!

Review 8：the only thing I could find that I didn't like is that they do not have any movie channels in there Foxtel package. 5 sports channels is excessive maybe you could put a movie channel in as well.

Review 10：1. The un-friendliest welcome we have ever received. A perfunctory 'yes' was our greeting without a smile during the whole check in process. 2. Most of the hotel is dated: 1960's. Tucked behind the glitzy street scape.Definitely NOT 4 star. Tizzed up recently inside but bathrooms way outdated and impossible to control water termperature. 3. Loud thumping music from function rooms until midnight.(Sat night). 4. No designated car parks for each unit. A bun fight for spots in either of 2 courtyards. We had to park away from our unit.

Review 25：Milk was already open in fridge, pillow cases were dirty, shower head wouldn't stay in one place...had a meal at the bistro, steak wasn't cooked to liking so we politely asked to have it cooked a couple minutes longer, 5/10 minutes later it came back and tasted like cardboard and was as tough as leather.

Review 27：Next door is a night club labeled "night club" though staff advised me on the night after querying the loud "doof. Doof" music.." its a function room". It ran until past midnight! Also staff called me 2 days prior arriving and requested full payment becuse they were busy. I declined and said ill pay on check in. 1 day prior to arrival they placed the full payment through. When i querried this with staff they said" you said thats fine" Absolutely lies! I dont understand why they charged me beforehand because they were busy. When even if by chance i didnt arrive, they had all my credit card details and would charge me on the day regardless of my stay. Very disappointed. Very poor customer service... Serah

Review 29：Well there was no parking near or in front of our room. we have park somewhere. We didn't realize it would end up been a night club so music went on for hours and we need our sleep cause we had ride in the morning. And walls were so thin my husband was kept awake for most of the night.

Only receiving an hour of free wifi is pretty cheap, especially given the area and cost for the room. Nor did we use the entire hour. It's stretching it a bit to call the view of the room 'over the north courtyard'. It's the car park!

Review 36：I booked thru bookings.com as was a last minute stay over after a business trip to melbourne. Arrived at reception, receptionist a bit unfriendly & robot like. Got given room 22 (for memory) - in the darkest, horrible location - under a staircase with no sunlight visible into room, opened the door & it wasn't made up - looks like the previous tenants weren't too happy with getting the room either, given the state they left it in. Went back to reception, she was most apologetic - which I appreciated. And she upgraded my room - which was also appreciated. The motel is attached to a restaurant - the book in room shows dinner till 9.30pm. As I had things to do, I ended up getting to the restaurant at 8.55 & they said - sorry, kitchen closing - no meals available. Not impressed. Luckily there was a pizza place just a short walk down the street that was happy to serve me. However, even with the above issues, I would stay there again, but I would certainly not take room 22? & I would not believe the paperwork in the room regarding the restaurant. And it would be nice if the receptionist learnt a bit more about interacting with customers. It is a country town with plenty of motels so pleasant country hospitality would make a difference.
