Review 1：I really enjoyed the stay in Dawn of Happiness. The staff was really nice and friendly. I got to know wonderful people there. The wooden hut that we stayed in was very nice. It was clean and cosy. We really liked the atmosphere there.

Review 2：A bit far from restaurant. Beds were soooo hard. Kitchen staff arrived at 10:00 and manager can not cook eggs :(

Review 4：Low tide In bamboo bungalows don't expect any "spa center", but the room itself is nice and separated by a solid door, so the bugs can not climb through:) Isolated place (it is best to rent a bike/car or use the boats to Railay beach (pier 10 min walk)

Review 6：The location wasn't as good as shown in pictures and you couldn't actually swim in the sea foroat of the day. The food was terrible and their was a non existent menu. some of the staff were very unhelpful and at times were annoyed by our questions about the area. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was very dirty. We booked and paid for an aircon room but received a room with a broken aircon and a 'complimentary' fan, which means we ended up paying for an aircon room even though we didn't have one and we were not given the option of receiving back the money that was owed to us.

Review 10：Very dirty and poor service. There are only 3 employees in a hotel and they don't care about the territory. I guess 10 or 15 years ago it was a good place, but the owner don't invest in the hotel. All rooms need to be renovated. For all our visit noone clean our room.

Review 11：We've stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is located on a sea beach in a really beautiful place. If you are going to stay here, you'd better rent a car as there are no shops ar caffes nearby

Review 12：The rooms we got was the worst i ever had in my 18 years to Thailand. Shower no work. Rats in the walls/roof and plenty of other insects. Beds broken. Not worth 200bath a night and for sure not the 1000bath its cost to rent bungalow

Review 19：The staff were amazing. They work hard, and are so friendly. Naam speaks excellent English, and she helped me resolve every issue I had. I spent a wonderful week relaxing on the beach, watching buffalo and horses walking by.

Review 20：1. Absolutely clueless personal. On arrival we were greated by Josh, who is a nice guy, but he did not help us at all in any way. He was not able even to find a key to our bungalow! 2. Absolutely nothing in bungalows. except beds. We were not ready for such a minimalistic "design", because of the next item: 3. Photos are lying! Actual bungalows look much worse! 4. Cleanness of the bathroom is... no, there is no cleanness in the bathroom. 5. No hot water. 6. Very weak water flow from the shower.

Our bathroom had a problem and nobody showed up to fix the problem (it was leaking). Of course don't expect anyone would clean the room or bathroom The staff & service: Well well well. Nobody seems to care about the resort with exception of the thai woman at the reception/kitchen and the russian woman and her boyfriend, really nice persons. On our arrival they had an issue with overbooking and the swedish lady at the reception desk was somehow in another world ( and she disappeared the day after). The owner is nice but we really recommend to invest some money and resources to improve the quality of the place because it could be amazing! Nevertheless, we had a lot of fun there anyways! If you are a relaxed person on 420, it might be for you! If you look for you big honeymoon experience, check the next one ! :)

Review 24：The resort is in a very quiet and relaxing location removed from the party scene. It is within a short boat ride of the renowned Railay Beach and some fabulous islands. The staff were welcoming and exceedingly accomodating. I picked up an injury on my travels and the cook massaged my arm for over an hour until I was pain free. It was truly incredible..... It is the perfect place to go if you are looking for some peace and quiet, relaxing massages and are working within a budjet.
