Review 1：Its just a small pension, in the middle of the small peninsula. No views. Not situated at the waterside as some of the photos might suggest. You might be given a room that is smaller, even somewhat cramped, than the picture at the bookingsite suggests.

Review 7：Although, we liked our stay, on the booking.com site they promise all kind of services that are not there. They speak only Turkish. There is no pick up service. They do not serve dinner. You cannot pay with credit card. Please remove this from the website. It is annoying.

Review 9：They will not take payment by card contrary to what it says on the site. We were not aware that during Ramadan they did not offer any refreshments or food during the day. We will okay but people should be aware that they do not speak English at all.

Review 14：My likes: the family feel without evasiveness; the still quite at night and the comfortable bed; the fact we were kindly upgraded at no extra cost to the room with double and single bed just to give us more space (that was really nice). Our room's private bathroom was big with enough hot water even though the season was still quite cool. The home cooking was lovely and if you are looking for that traditional Turkish feel to a place then you have it here. We didn't find the language barrier to be an issue as we communicated slowly and fairly easily. The island is surrounded by lovely nature and the locals living on it are friendly.It's only a short walk into the main town and being my second stay here I was happy to be able to introduce the area to my friend.

Review 35：The old couple who own the hotel was super nice and friendly, even though they cant speak that much english. But was able to communicate info to us. Waited for us for late checkin also. Location was very nice also. nice in the tip of lake Egidir.

Review 36：No heat in room, room was very cold. There was a fan for hot days. Very little english. No food prepared at the home, "Pappa" walked us to a restaurant. We left at 7:00 no breakfast was in sight or smell. Room was 35 euro (l03 tl) when I asked to pay in lira he said it was 120 tl. No breakfast room. If weather is bad where do you eat breakfast. In the hallway by the three rooms there was a table, but no windows.

Review 39：The establishment is located on a small island, Yeşıl Ada ("green island"), connected to the town by a short causeway. It is a charming little place offering a few rooms on the 2nd floor, some with open balconies. Our room was quite spacious with en-suite bathroom (and hot water!), cupboards, small TV with satellite, fire place and open balcony with a limited view of the lake. As we were there during March 2014, still cold at night, our host kindly collected wood for the fireplace to warm up the room. We had a very pleasant stay at this address and our hosts were extremely friendly and hospitable. Although the island is quite this time of year, one can imagine that it livens up during the summer months. Numerous restaurants, hotels, pansyons and a few private residences fill the island.

Review 44：The room was small even for a single occupant. There was only a double bed and even no chair to put your clothes on or a wardrobe. We had to put our clothes on the floor and I had to climb over the bed as you couldn't walk around it. This was the worse room we've ever had. The breakfast was poor as well. They gave as stale bread with our very basic Turkish breakfast and very weak coffee.It seemed that other guests had additional items for their breakfast. Breakfast was served outside and it was very cold. They gave us discount on the end as we were not happy. The picture Booking. com provided was nothing like the one we had.

Review 49：I loved my time at Egirdir. It was so peaceful (the best sleeps I'vehad in Turkey) and pretty. It is not far from Egirdir main town strip soyou don't have to stay in town to enjoy Egirdir. There are alsorestaurants oh the island which is joined to the mainland. I loved thehot water in my private bathroom and balcony. This is a place for itsnatural beauty that offers walks in national parks, great swimming in aclean lake and a really good cave with stalictites that you can visit bydriving to.
