Review 1：It's in desperate need of a makeover, very dated.
Review 2：Location was right above the metro which kept us out of the freezing cold. Offers two bedrooms for parents and kids.
Review 3：it was near a freeway but apartment was quiet- and it made it easy to get around so no problem.
Review 4：Large, roomy apartment comfortable for a family of four adults- we were expecting a 2 bed/1 bath and were given a 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment- perfect. Free garage parking with opener for gate included. They had a great coffee machine downstairs with minimal continental breakfast- not expected but very convenient. Very reasonably priced- good location near shops in the tunnels and great restaurants nearby. Just a short taxi ride across the Potomac to DC sites. I think the subway was nearby also but taxi was easier for us.

Review 6：Free parking was great. Apt was comfy, nice clean cookware and overall cleanliness was great! Loved the balcony and ability to open windows in bedroom to get fresh air!!!! Will stay again. Staff was friendly, and building was safe and secure, including parking garage. Fabulous Deal!!!
Review 7：Loved the fact that we could get to the Metro through an underground complex of shops. Also, there was a market in that complex that had a great hot/cold buffet if we didn't want to eat out. GREAT LOCATION and really SUPER staff!

Review 18：Kitchen sink backed up when we used the shower but was reported and Bill responded within 5 minutes. Was cleared up by the time we got back. No other trouble. Things happen.
Review 19：The condo was just like home. Spacious and well kept. Everything you needed was there. Loved the balcony. Gabriella was so personable and easy to speak to. Security was also very nice. Am sharing your info with my colleagues. Will certainly come again.
Review 20：This place could really use a renovation!! It was very disturbingly old I did not like how the bathroom & kitchen drawers & countertops were very old & moldy. It felt disgusting!! Elevators too smelled terribely bad i had to hold my breath or use the stairs instead everytime!
Review 21：Loved the location, metrostop & shops are accessible directly from the apartment you dont even need to go out. Apartment is spacious, very sunny, has a nice large balcony, prepared with almost anything youll needfor a short stay. Excellent location, everything is within a few steps from you. Beds are great & very comfy. Management were extremly nice & very helpful .
Review 22：Excellent location in Crystal City linked to Metro which made traveling D.C. with no vehicle trouble free and easy (being from the hinterlands of the country...traffic is horrendous and who would want to drive in D.C?). Also good access to shops providing basic necessities and dining alternatives at below/street level Crystal City. Helpful staff. A hop-skip-and-a-jump to National Airport
Review 23：The carpet in the hallway was dirty. Although, the day of our checkout they were cleaning it. Housekeeping never came on its schedule day. Kitchen is a little dated.

The woman at the front desk (sorry, I'm terrible with names) was very nice and recommended several good places to eat. Would highly recommend staying here, and I will definitely stay here when visiting next.
