Review 1：The hot tub had a dirty ring around the inside. Looked like it wasn't clear for a while. The water was cold.

Review 2：The receptionist was very apologetic for the condition of our room. Wanted to upgrade us to a better room but because we booked it on "Booking.com". She couldn't. Also don't book thru them. They charged us $20 over what the hotel would have charged.

Review 3：For some reason they did not have my reservation, but they were great and still had rooms available, they felt bad so they upgraded our room to a king!

Review 4：I felt like the front desk person was really pokey and not attentive to me, as a guest. The pillows were about half the size as normal pillows (LxH, not thickness). Also, Booking had mapped this hotel as .2 miles away from the location I set, which was a big selling point since I was going to a wedding so I wasn't going to have to worry about driving home. Instead, my location was more than 2.5 miles away from the hotel.

Review 5：It had a bed for me to sleep in, which was the main point. And the lobby seemed cute.

Review 6：the smell!! if someone has allergies to either ground-in smoke or dog hair, you owe it to them to offer a refund. A freakin' ghetto I say.

Review 20：Icy cold wind blew in through crack between windows. We went to Home Depot and got insulation to put in there. Before that, the heater ran constantly and it was loud and drafty..

Our car broke down and the girl at th front desk not only found us a repair shop, she printed us a map, as well as arranged a free shuttle for us to get back! The beds were super comfy, and although others seem to complain about the rooms being small - who cares when all you're doing is sleeping? Continental breakfast was so good! Pool and hot-tub was great too. For the lower price compared to other hotels - this hotel is too notch!

Review 23：To many people with dogs that don't control them. Dog droppings in the kitchen area. The pool facilities good but not controlled people come in and take over the area with no regards to children safety.

Review 31：I didn't like the bed. The small square pillows and thin blankets were not for me. I like duvet and comforter blankets with pillows I can actually roll over on instead of right off them.

Review 32：Wish the rooms were a bit bigger as the sink which is outside the bathroom in the room, and washroom is very close to the beds. Also the beds say doubles, but they seemed like oversized single beds so very cramped sharing a bed. (The Kelly Inn has a similar set up but the rooms were bigger with a couch and table giving you a bit more space.
