Review 1：It’s not in Chiang Mai. It is located a bit out of Town; to get picked up for a trip will cost you extra.

Review 2：It’s in the botanical gardens so it’s really beautiful. There you just feel calm and peaceful.

Review 5：Bed had red ants. You cannot flush toilet paper into the toilet (high time to upgrade your sewage system) Room was not made up until 3pm in the afternoon. There were 3 restaurants and at any one time only one was opened. Breakfast was overpriced and food was of low quality. Very poor or no wifi in the room.

Review 6：The greenery and the gardens. New Year gala was nice but you are expected to pay 1200 baht per person for it. Staff were attentive and nice (especially those who spoke good English and were able to communicate effectively)

Review 7：First two nights breakfast was in a huge canteen like room. Not good. However later sent us to small deck restaurant on a lake. Vast improvement. No explanation for this. Wi-fi was terrible. Not enough beds around the pool, and these were in poor condition.

Review 8：Spectacular setting. Beautiful botanical garden and lots to see. Liked our room near to reception. Very private and quiet. Staff generally helpful. The pool itself absolutely lovely and well kept. Lana Restaurant for evening meal was excellent with great service.

Review 10：Deluxe & deluxe premium room are located in Horizon 4, it has its own private salted swimming pool which need access card for entry. Guess can also use this access to enter the botanic garden directly.

Review 13：There are not enough notices for notifying the guests about the services, e.g. the shuttle bus to the city and the airport, the activities and the business hours of different restaurants.

Review 14：The scenic surrounding impresses me very much. The botanic garden situates adjacent to the resort is its attraction. I had experienced a nature walk, a bicycle ride and jogging in the garden. It is very good for people who want a real relaxing stay in a villa.

Review 15：Just missed the mark. Our first room had squished Mosquitos on the wall. Second room had coffee splashed on the bathroom wall. Just not as clean as it could be. Breakfast was cold after 8am. No tour or booking info.

Review 38：My 3 year old son accidentally broke a plate at breakfast and we were charged 200 that which I thought was extortionate. Staff were sympathetic but not willing to forgo the price. Location is quite far out of centre so its OK if you want to lounge round the pool and not do anything else. 2 of the 3 restaurants on offer were closed as it was quiet, no bar. Food on offer in the one open was not great. Ordered room service one night which resulted in a major farce due to language issues but finally did get the right food so not too much of an issue.

Review 39：The staff were friendly and night bus to market was a saviour for getting into central town. Beautiful grounds of hotel. Nice pool.

Review 40：Access to the Botanical gardens was restricted. The bikes were not for use without hire at high rates and in poor condition. Most requests had to be followed through with lots of waiting time. The statement "The transport is coming" can and did mean it was coimg but it could be anytime in the next 30 minutes to 4 hours. Crazy logic usual all over Asia.

Review 41：Room was clean and the bathroom had nice fittings and towels. As 97% of the time the bed was hard like a floor but their was plenty of cuisons and an extra pillow

Review 42：Luke warm water in shower at best. Internet that didn't work, butthey insisted on charging me. Shower head only fixed above, not reallysuitable for children. Raining caused water leak in the room. Two of thethee swimming pools were closed. Feeling of a 2 or 3 star hotel only

Review 48：If you were looking for a city trip, it may be a bit far out of town.Hotel offers shuttle service twice a day into city but then you needto get back. That will cost between b300 and b450. Tours that do notpass by the hotel will also charge an additional b600 to collect youas it is not in the City. The complimentary transfer to and fromairport is a plus.

Review 49：Everything. It's truly a beautiful place. Without hesitation orreservation of any kind, I recommend this place. Gardens are sobeautiful. Rooms are better than the pictures - I thought the bathroomswould be old from pictures but they are perfect.

Review 50：i did not like the service of the staff. they did not give full info about taxi to city. And for this rate you would expect free wifi, but not for free. bad service! Shuttle to city only max 10 persons per rit. Not good with many guests. Taxi 450 thb!! A good hotel would be able to provide with map of city, give appropriate info about transport possibilities.
