Review 2：I had problems with the hot water and internet and no one came to fix it. I sent an email asking for a compensation due to the inconvenience created an I still waiting a replay.
Review 3：The location is not the best, it takes 15 minutes to arrive in the city center. The beds are not comfortable.
Review 4：The house was big and comfortable. Everything was clean and furnishing and utensils were available.

Review 6：Apartment was clean, well stocked. Location was within walking distance to the old town. A little grocery store within 100m!! WIFI was good, really nothing to complain about.
Review 7：No pot holders for cooking, no waste baskets except in kitchen, poor lighting in kitchen especially if cooking. I suppose this would work for people who don't want to cook in the place but Norway being so expensive we do like to prepare our own food. The facilities were lacking that. It just felt like a sterile place without any soul. Not to mention that at 0700, workmen came to the alley behind the sleeping area with big equipment to dig up pipes or something and then a mammoth truck was parked in front of the apartment for two of the 3 days, literally right in front of the door & window! Not very nice.

Review 9：The only thing which is a bit inconvenient is I cannot find a hair dryer, if the owner can provide one in the apartment in the future, then it will be impeccable.
Review 10：The apartment is located in a quite residential quarter, but closer to everywhere. No matter you want to go to the central bus station or go to take the ferry to Thau at the quay, it all takes 7 mins to walk. By using Google Map, it will be much easier to find. The apartment is well managed, clean and cozy, even with a kettle and a coffee machine in the kitchen. The staff is so nice, I was planning to go to Pulpit Rock the day before I'm supposed to check-in, so I asked if I could leave my luggage in their office, as they don't have a front desk. They kindly offered help, which really saved my day. I really wished that I could stay longer.
Review 11：House 40 is tiny as compare with House 16. The bathroom was equiped with washing machine and dryer leaving the space just enough to turn around. Wifi was depended on House 16 or other place unknown to me. As it is not originate from House 40 itself making it very poor signal reception. The pan in the kichen was rust.
Review 12：Both Houses 16 and 40 were alocated to us, a large group of people. House 16 is spaceous with everything in it.

Review 14：We really like this apartment. It is just 3mins walking to the pier and there are several super market around there.
Review 15：Nothing really major. The stairs are a bit steep I think and it gave me pause a few times on the way down but not that big a deal really. The dryer didn't work at all for me but your mileage may vary there...
Review 16：Very nice location and very comfortable place. Everything about it was perfect for my needs really and the central location worked out very well. It is only a few minutes walk from the city center and the harbor - plus all the main bus stops.
Review 17：Family of 5 had to book 2 expensive apartments when we could all fit in one. Household rubbish left by previous tenant. One apartment below street level, not private, felt like dungeon. No complaints procedure by booking.com. Complaint response is to increase frequency of marketing emails. Just don't do it.
