Review 1：Everything was amazing, it was our first time in Bitezhan, all the rooms have sea view too, however İ would love to come back next summer too. Staff professional and helpfull during our stay, THANK YOU SO MUCH...

Review 2：it was a big disappointment. Main problem with this hotel is, they have a terrible management, they have no idea how to take preventive measures on force major issues. And this affects all hotel and everything. They need full new furnishing, renovation, a better kitchen personnel ( i mean the taste and quality is really low). There was this big flood when we arrived there, so no electricity, and no generator!!!, so they were not ready for anything, after 2 days i saw other hotels were trying to correct some stuff, but this hotel was late. The carpets on the stairs were not fixed which was a risk for an accident, we warned, they did not take any action. Some middle level managers give more priority to have their breakfast or lunch at the same time with guests than walking around and check if there is any issue.

Review 4：I am writing all because the facility has recently changed ownership, and they claim there was not enough time to prep for the season, thus i believe they do need all reviews for a better next season. Rooms are not soundproof. I am not a super silence freak but, also due to our room being near to dj cabin, our friday night was unbearable. After dj, people were chatting inside your head, and as they slept dogs barked inside the room, finally morning call to prayer from the nearby mosque concluded the night. I am a clubber but do we really need 7/24 club music? Air conditioner in the room blows right into your face. The pictures you see on booking.com, which amplify your expectations, and the reality ( hotel entrance looks like a stinking turkish bath and far ahead you can see all the ugliness of restaurant items) does not match, hence the instant letdown as first and unbreakable impression I hope above are fixed till next season.

Review 5：Although wifi signal was weak in our farthest room, it was fast. Full board menu was good for the money we paid. Staff was friendly and helpful according to disasterous bodrum standards

Review 8：Most of the staff did not speak English at all which was an absolute disaster. The room smelled badly and was not clean (there actually was some garbage on the floor when we checked in). The bathroom and shower were very dirty. The sheets were not fresh. The hall smelled and was dirty. Loud music all the time. The water in a beach was not clear and too shallow. We tried to swim only once and then used other beaches, but this may be relevant to the whole area. I don't know how this hotel could have a score over 8, it is absolutely not true and very misleading. I have to say it was one the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

Review 10：in previous Turkish hotel the staff have had a good grasp of English but it was not so at this hotel had great difficulty in getting room cleaned and getting clean towels etc one day after about 5 days I asked for clean sheets, bearing in mind temp was in high 30s. all they did was turn them over!!!

Review 12：Rooms are very old and dirty even fillty. Bathrooms are awfull. Staff are frustrated and beach is so small and have little umbrellas they do not even protect you from sun.. And of course loud music.. Annoying experiences we had and I could not believe booking.com listed this hotel.. Very bad.. I forgot to mention street dogs on the beach!

Review 14：Firstly tried to palm us off with a substandard room in old, partially derelict hotel next door (not as seen in photos on Booking.com) - foot went through rotten wooden floor of balcony, safe broken, room door did not lock, one hanger. Were moved on complaining to management. Constant pounding bass, club-style music from 10.00 am to 5.00pm and then in evening, even on beach drove us mad and made it impossible to have a sleep in the sun. Room (bed sheets, floor, sink, shower, toilet) not cleaned even once in a fortnight. Towels changed twice, tiny bin emptied spasmodically. All drinks in paper cups, which blew across the property in the wind. Very poor pool bar service (often unmanned) and drink choice. Most staff were teenagers with very limited English, on phones whenever they could. Training needed and greater supervision.

Review 16：I stayed only 1 day and 1 night at this beautiful hotel located in bodrum bitez before my way to Cos island. It was pretty comfortable and amazing. There was a turkish night show, professional dancers were wonderful. Staff was kind and helpful. Thanks a lot..

Review 29：Small friendly hotel with Turkish decor in rooms. Rooms quiet. Dolmas (bus) from outside hotel and small shop directly opposite which sells most things. Money exchange and ATMs very close by. All in all a lovely hotel to visit and very helpful and friendly staff and management. On Turkish standards I wouldn't rate hotel 4 star but perhaps 3.5 star.
