Review 1：The hotel has some lovely staff (in particular, Natasha) and was perfectly located for our needs (we were at a karate competition at the Bonfika arena). There are shops literally across the road and the Mall and McDonalds are less than a 5 minute walk.

Review 2：It is basically in Koper's center and very close to malls and shopping centers. It is far from the beach, though, plus do not expect too much from Koper's night life (but that is not fault of the hotel). It is a good basis to make excursions to the neighboring towns and to the beach - but you must have a car.

Review 3：The hotel in advance took the money of the first night from the card used in the booking process ( In booking said cancellation free). The staff spoke about this only at the checkout and after you pay. It is not fair. They said the money will be returned after 10 days!!

Review 6：About 10 minutes to center. Very good and various breakfast. Huge free parking for the guests behind the hotel. Many shops, McDonald's, gas station etc in neighbourhood. Plenty of ATM machines just around the corner.

Review 7：The more 'mature' lady at the desk yelled at me in front of other guests when I took a hot chocolate in the evening. I thought it was free as the night before she told me to i could have one (obviously not free, but I didn't realize. I would have paid) didn't appreciate being yelled at!!

Review 14：Warm and friendly hotel. Staff is very friendly and always there to provide the guests needs. There is even a free laundry service. The rooms are cozy and clean, and the shower is large and relaxing . A walking distance of about 10 minutes from the center and about a minute from a huge shopping mall, super, McDonalds .... Strongly recommend!

Review 15：Couldn't sleep due to the noise (air condition is on in empty rooms all night long and extremely loud). All rooms around me empty, so noise was coming from all directions....

Review 17：Far from the sea (the "closest" beach was cca. 700 m, but it was located next to the port, so the water was polluted very much). Poor wifi, the "secured" networks were practically unaccessable from the room, only the "open" network was strong enough. Noisy air conditioner. The room furniture, especially the chairs were worn.

Review 20：Spacious room, well-presented with a comfy banquette. Strong wifi signal in the room. Decent hair dryer in the bathroom.Toiletries provided include a shoe cleaner, shower cap. Room was nice and warm upon arrival and at night. English TV with Slovenian subtitles. The breakfast was great: hardboiled eggs and croissants, a pan to make your own scrambled eggs or omelets with a basket of fresh eggs next to it. White and brown bread, sliced cheeses, yogurts, cheeses and juices. American pop music plays the whole time haha. The location is perfect: a 10-minute walk to the bus station one way and another 10-minute into Koper's center. The hotel is also very quiet, which meant a great night's sleep.

Review 21：The free wi-fi is available in the rooms, however the signal is very weak or non existant at times. Breakfast was good, but leaving room for improvement with more variety and faster re-filling of the buffe table.

Review 22：We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and we could park free of charge right behind the hotel. Location is excellent (10 minutes walk from downtown), especially if you are looking for a place with free parking.

I can only recommended this place to everyone. You can go out and in hotel through backdoors and stairs ;-))

Review 26：Dinner, Stale bread with the starter, no olives with the cheese and olive starter, badly cooked fish for main, at breakfast no food left at 7.30 am, I just had a coffee from the machine. I tried this hotel as it looked reasonable on the Web Site, I have been travelling to Slovenia on business for around 10 years and have never found a decent hotel in Koper. My regular and good hotel in a town close by closes for around 3 weeks at this time of year for maintenance. So therefore I tried this one as it was the only one I haven’t tried in Koper. I find it surprising that with all the development going on I Koper that no one has the sense to see the opportunity to provide a decent hotel.

Review 28：Restaurant which should work in the evening from 18-00 until 23-00 hours has closed at 22-00 hours. Kitchen had nothing to offer except some sardinas and the meal of very poor quality. Only wine Refosk was good. Service in restaurant

Located about 500 meters from the train and bus station. On the other hand the hotel is just 200 meters from the old town of Koper. Breakfast is good, the internet is fast and free.

Review 115：It was nice to stay in the hotel. The staff was kind and flexible. Even the lost teddy-bear was found. :-) The breakfast was good. The rooms had comfortable beds and aircondition. The first day the air condition went wrong, they tried to repaire it with no success, so next day we got a new room, what we could choose among too rooms. The rooms were clean. The nice old city, sea, harbour, very good playgound at the beach is 8-10 minues by foot. (The way: turn left when you leave the hotel go until the end of the street and at the end left again to the beach, there are restaurants, playground.) Worth to park the car (it is for free for guests) and walk. It was nice to run down to the sea early morning and feel the heartbeat of the city. Sea and ship lovers will love the huge harbour.

Review 116：Maids kept coming to the room from about 8.30 A.m in the morning to makeup the room, even though we were staying there for three nights. No "Donot disturb" sign.

Their intelligent, articulate advice was much appreciated! The facilities were good and the breakfast was superb. It may be a simple 'continental' affair, but the choice and service made it a great start to every day. The location may not be picturesque, however it was very convenient for public transport, supermarkets and the Old Town.
