Review 1：Like I said we asked how much time it will be to walk to Sandnes and the staff at the reception told us 20 mins so we took the chance of walking but we finally end up walking 45 mins to reach Sandnes . Wrong information given and also since we were a group of friends with different room there was no phone in the room that we could call to another room. It was a bit annoying that we had to walk back and forth to their room for everything we wanted to communicate with them. You guys need a room phone connections or something

Review 3：Evening food is pretty poor (think 'mysterymeat') - the buffet cost is low for Norway, but I would rather pay more for decent quality and I think there are enough people to support a good cook. The shower water was decidedly cool in the morning this time, it is usually OK.

Review 4：Great to be able to borrow a bike. The price is good for this area, friendly staff, and rooms are big enough for a short stay. Good bus service to Sandnes and Stavanger (you do need to go to one of these to find a good place to eat).

Review 5：This is an industrial area. Hotel food is very basic and there are no good places to eat nearby- it's a bus trip to Stavanger or Sandnes to eat which can be a chore after work.

Review 9：First stay in Norway ever and we entered the country via Stavanger. Purpose was an active holiday and we used the hotel as a base of operations for daytrips. Hotel is modern, clean, quiet and the room had all the essentials (bathroom with shower, bed, small desk, good wifi). Room was cleaned every day. The young staff at the desk is friendly and helpful. (Don't forget to smile as they may seem a bit aloof at first; this is common in Norway. People relax when you relax.) The bed was indeed comfortable! Had good nights of sleep. Very welcome after an exhausting day. Yes, the rooms are small and you can exit the bed on one side only. Is this a downside, considering the low price you pay compared to other hotels? We thought it was alright and we had a lot, really a lot, of luggage. Simply do not expect a stateroom when to Norwegian standards you pay for a bunk. Use this room/hotel for the purpose it was designed for: a place to sleep at night. If you need more amenties and venues nearby, find another hotel (and pay accordingly). We weren't willing to pay the price for breakfast as it seemed a bit steep, but all prices in Norway are that way to non-Norwegians. We shopped at one of the several supermarkets nearby for our breakfast needs. Hotel is situated in an office park area, hence quiet at night. Downside can be the absence of restaurants nearby (and the hotel doesn't serve dinner), but you can easily accomodate a dinner stop into your daily plans. If all else fails, there's an IKEA close by that serves until ca. 22:00 and a McDonalds as well. No complaints as we knew what to expect. Thanks to all the other evaluations. We were very satisfied and would stay here again without question!

It appears if you book through hotel website you get a better rate. We paid $155 for a night. The bus is a good 5 minute walk and in the pm only goes every hour.

There is a bus (2) which is about three blocks away that goes to Stavanger centrum in about 20 min. The Kvadrat shopping center is a 5 min. walk.
