Review 6：The rooms were exceptional - they were stand-alone villas with lost of space, great bathrooms, etc. Pool was excellent and the staff were just fantastic.

Review 7：Fantastic garden with lots of different flowers, plants and trees. The pool was magnificent, my bungalow had a high standard, quality materials all the way. Bed was super comfortable. Beach is close, nice setting near the ocean. Staff was super positive, always willing to make my stay simply perfect. The hotels manager, Mr. Süleyman, is the perfect host for any guest at this hotel. Always present, willing to help you with everything, and with a warm smile all day long. Breakfast was good, and was served close by the lovely pool. As a single traveler, I felt safe and well taken care off.

Review 8：No juices at breakfast and same buffet every day. Gardener spraying insecticide all over garden and even under hammock where my children were resting.

New bungallows, excellent service, very friendly and helpfull staff (especially the manager - Suleyman) - they were very proactive and really helpful in any situation (be it translating a medicine instruction and prescription from the Turkish language) or translating to a taxi driver which shops we want to visit on our way to the airport!

Review 14：Excellent place! Room was clean, spacious. Bathroom is excellent and spacious as well. Owner takes good care of recently build cottages. It was a nice surprise to stay in a luxury place that is located in a small village. Love 5 o'clock ( free) tea. Breakfast was very good and service was outstanding.

Review 15：I stayed here for 3 nights and I wish i had stayed even just a day more to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere in this resort.

Review 16：This hotel exceeded our expectations and I would easily give it a 100/100. The staff was just amazing. We had the owners son Durmush and another person come and greet us at the entrance. Everyone ever ready to help us in any way they could regarding where to go sightsee, which places to eat at etc. Durmush even walked us to the beach and showed us around the hotel property. All the staff greeted us every single time with a smile and we felt as If we were at home. The manager Suleman would greet us every single day and ensure our comfort. He helped us to arrange hotel transfers and personally made calls for confirmations when there was a rescheduling of our flight. He even lent us his flashlight when we went sightseeing telling us that we would need it. Basically they were really genuinely concerned about us and their other customers and this was very much evident all the time. This in itself just makes you rate them so high up because as a guest you feel so welcomed. Everything else besides this was also top notch. Oh the location is just breath taking. Its beyond gorgeous surrounded by beautiful gardens and gorgeous statues. The attention to detail is fantastic. The beach is 2 minutes away and the city centre is 10 minutes on a bike. The villa was very spacious and well appointed with a beautiful patio and the view of the garden and the mountains was amazing. The bed was huge and so very comfy and cosy. The bathroom was huge and everything in the villa was meticulous and clean. I loved the fact that they had a separate liquid hand soap dispenser which you dont find in most hotel bathrooms. They served a huge breakfast with fresh vegetables and amazing variety of teas, cold cuts etc and the service was superb. The afternoon tea and cake service was a nice touch too. Wifi in the room was great too.

Review 19：The hotel was difficult to find. Our navigator was off the grid there. The few existing road signs pointed in the wrong direction, and we ended up in the wrong place a couple of times. Also, the properties surrounding the hotel kept chickens, which were noisy at night.

Review 20：The hotel is new, and the grounds are beautiful. The room itself was very spacious and well appointed. It seemed like being in a cabin, since every room is a separate housing unit. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and incredibly helpful. They came to our car to greet us when we arrived. The manager directed us to the beach by getting in our car and driving with us, then walking back a mile to the hotel. He also referred us to an excellent restaurant on the beach. When we reported that our toilet was broken after checking into our room, he called right away to have it fixed. When the fix didn't work, he came and fixed it himself.

Review 21：My only suggestion would be for a 'welcome pack' or leaflet in the room with useful info on such as service times, wifi passwords etc.

Review 22：The rooms are modern and spacious with large bathrooms and comfy bed. The hotel itself has beautiful gardens, lovely pool but most impressive of all was the warm and genuine welcome from every member of the team. Thankyou for an excellent holiday :)

Review 25：Modern, spacious bungalows with quality finishes, all well set apart, and a minute's walk to the beach. The staff were extremely helpful, especially the manager Mr Suleyman. Breakfast was probably the best of any place I've stayed at - lots of choice, fresh local produce, and daily changes and surprises. Whether for a holiday or to get away and get some business / work done, this is just the perfect place.

Review 28：The internet was working intermittently in the room, which a bit inconvenient. The room had a funny smell, which was probably due to the plumbing system in the mountain. We went at the end of October so it was quite cold in the evening in the room and the blanket offered wasn't very warm.

Review 34：This new hotel is set in a beautiful garden in Cirali. A 3 minute walk to the beach, where they have plenty of private loungers for hotel guests. The property is stunning, and you can tell that the owners and the staff strive to take care of every little detail. Our room was modern, large and very comfortable. We loved the large patio with views of the mountains, and the gardens. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, and they are happy to make pretty much anything you would like. The pool is very relaxing, and we spent a lot of our time there chilling and enjoying this breathtaking area. Most importantly the staff are amazing, Suleyman the Hotel Manager is so helpful, all the staff from the maid, to the restaurant staff, chef, gardener to pool man are so friendly. I give Hotel Hera 10 out of 10, and I can't wait to go back. This is the only place to stay in Cirali!

Review 36：Rooms are well decorated, clean. Breakfast is very rich. It is very close to beach and offers free sunbeds. The family who runs this hotel is very friendly and shows outstanding hospitality. The garden view and the pool is great, it gives a different tranquil feeling in the mystic Olympos.

Review 37：the fact that it has not yet the charm of places where buildings and nature are in harmony ( will change during the next 2 years ) Bad lightning everywhere ( icecold) No decoration in the bungalow which gives it a quite " naked " appearance

Review 39：Every thing!! The little villas which are made of a specious elaborately designed bedroom and bathroom, are elegant, comfort-evoking, and have this sense of privacy and beauty. There are only 14 of those in the hotel so if you want some "me" time or "us" time, you have the quietness and privacy you desire. The pool and greenery in the hotel are beautiful. The surrounding scenery of big mountain Olympus and the surrounding village-like sort of primitive nature makes you feel relaxed and has a sense of authenticity. Within this village is this little piece of lucurious oasis. The beach is very close 2 min walk I guess, and there are chaise longues and shades. The water is safe . The entrance to the sea is pebble-full, so take your slippers. Food: we only had breakfast there, but what a nice individualized breakfast including: omelletted, 2 different home made jams, olives home grown or near home grown, some turkish pastries which cheese in it, hot and fresh, cheeses, cold cuts... Lovely. And I leave the staff for the end; amazingly helpful. We arrived very late and so they let us have breakfast after the hours. Very pleasant and decent. Now, have I missed anything?? It was so beautiful and peaceful. Want to go back again
