Review 1：Room had blinds that did not close, too much light in room to sleep. No hot water in the morning for shower, had to ask staff to turn hot water on. Shower leaked over bathroom floor. Other people who live in hotel drinking heavily and very loud for most of the night.

Review 3：The shower was spreading water in all directions, the room was like stolen from one of the monks of the monasteries situated nearby. There was no air conditionning!!!!! Outside, 35 degrees, of course, we had to spend as lees time as possible inside. The staff does not say: "Hello!" They couldn't use my data put on the booking.com in order to write the invoice, I had to write it myself... The front door is always closed during the night and it take ages to the old lady to wake up and open it for you. There is no changing of towels or shampoo every day, like it's supposed to be at a three star hotel. And the highlight of a very unpleasent stay there: some of the staff almost sent me to bring her the remote while checkin out. Please be smart enough to strongly avoid this comunists. For them Ceausescu must be still alive...

Review 5：Not a very friendly reception upon first arriving but not rude either. Most places I stay take me to the room, explain procedures, tell you about breakfast, etc. Here she had me fill out a form while she talked on the phone, then handed me the key and told me the room number and then continued talking on the phone. Not even a comment to tell me how to get to the room.
Review 6：Easy walking distance to the autogara which I used a few times. Nice neighborhood. Felt safe, which is important to me because travel alone.

Review 10：The location: it's in the center of the town, near the County Council. The room was big enough , had air conditioning and confortable bed. The price of the room was cheap, the breakfast was good.

Review 30：Make sure to print out a copy of your reservation in price agreement per day. The manager was rude & refused to cooperate, when ask to honor the website pricing or the promotional price agreed for our reserved room. After we learned that we are being charged the regular daily high price per day, we checked out & they refused to give a check out receipt (So i made one & gave them a copy), they still charged my card extra 4 days that we did not stay. No wifi! It is a false claim! they charged me double room price for 1 room with 2 twin size bed. We have stayed in London, Italy & Spain. Most of these hotels are nice for a reasonable price and provides what they claim that they offer. Hotel Gloria is poorly manage.
