Review 1：The dinner is very poor & some days is very bad, which consider a very weak point as a 5 star hotel.

Review 7：The food is awful.At dinner you cannot find any meat.Everyday you eat chicken and turkey!Visitors from Gulf countries made me feel i am living in an Arabian country.All the personnel are trying to be sympathic just for Russian girls.They are only serving for these girls and lonely female visitors.The glasses are very dirty,feeling lucky if you find a free place at the sea.Animation is awful.A lot of Turkish visitors are dancing in their traditional way and they call it animation!!!

Review 8：Nothing..the room is so small and the food is awful.i paid 220 dollars per day for a small room and awful bath with a broken shower.this hotel does not deserve 5 stars.

Review 9：90% of the guests were from Russia, so the entertainment team (very friendly) did not speak much english. We could understand only a small part of what they were saying. But the evening shows were very good (focused on dancing) so we did not consider it a big issue.

Review 10：The resort is very nice, lots of trees and flowers, very well kept, very clean. We had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, between the mountain and the sea.Beach & sea very clean and well organized. Good food. Nice & friendly staff. The room was reasonably large, clean and comfortable, towels changed daily. We reccommend this resort.

Review 13：- There is no wifi in the rooms, I had to use a range extender or stay in the balcony for proper signal coverage. - Food is seriously disappointing. Choice is huge however taste is mostly very bad, a recommendation to management, if you can't make all choices tasty, offer less choice use more quality ingredients, you can take Viking Star as an example. - Ottoman A La Carte Restaurant was a joke, a terrible joke. Food without any taste, food served with burnt rice, salad without olive oil or sauce though menu said otherwise, rice with lamb meat, rice was with red pepper with no meat in it etc..On the other hand view was fantastic. - Rooms are too small, it looks very outdated, it is very humid, and there is no sound isolation, you could hear every noise from outside. - Balcony is barely enough for one person. - Its not hotel's fault but the beach is stone beach, I would prefer Moonlight beach in Kemer.

Review 14：+ Location and Facilities are good, view and the gardens are fantastic. + Service is good, staff is helpful as in any other hotel in Turkey. + Animations were ok, though I don't care much. + Soft-drinks and alcoholic drinks are not the worst. + After we checked out we moved to Nirvana from same chain, and its just 2 minutes away from this hotel, night and day difference, never coming back to Crystal Flora. + I don't have to stay here again.

Review 15：Rooms are VERY small. They would be small for two people, when baby cot and luggage are added it was necessary to re-arrange furniture just to be able to move around. Room cleaning staff are very noisey, yelling to each other across the grounds all afternoon - woke our sleeping baby several times. Room cleaning was below expectations - very poor. Toilet and sink not cleaned, sheets not replaced. Wifi is only available in limited public areas - far from rooms. Air conditioner was very cold and blew directly on to the bed, but too hot to not turn it on. No windows in room and balcony door leads straight out to public grounds. Very stoney beach - painful to enter / exit sea. Smoking was allowed during children's dance/song time in concert area - absolutely inappropriate, and the children's songs are the same German songs every night (whereas most of the children present every night were not German). Main dining area is very tightly packed meaning very little room between tables. Can be very crowded with limited options where to sit. Also can be long queues for food.

Review 16：Interesting selection of foods in buffet. Pool bar had food options available all afternoon. Guests can choose to dine in a la carte restaurant - 1 free dinner per stay. Pleasant grounds - shady and well kept. Lots of activities to choose from (pool games, shooting, volleyball, boules etc). Little collection of animals was entertaining for kids.

Review 17：I had late arrival and all the restaurants were closed at 9.30 p.m.But the staff was very helpful and organized "proper" food for me (instead of cakes and sweets that were offered at that hour)

Review 21：Rooms too small bed for Chinese people not for European people. Bathroom very very small toilet for child only soft drink what mean all inclusive? I give you bad drink pepsi, and water if you want other drink pay money. One time i want orange juice garсon tell me 6 eur i tell ok. He return tell me juicer not working. Alcohol drink very very bad. I ask Jack Daniels garcon tell me money. What mean all inclusive.

Review 27：Hotel is not modern building, it is set of wooden houses without any sound isolation, when neighbour speaks telephone, you can hear each and every his word. Double room is actually family room divided on 2 parts with wooden door closed by staff so you can not open them and come to your neighbour, but it doesn't give any isolation.Management is unresponsible. When I went to hotel, they gave me family room instead of double one I ordered. Some days later when I returned from beach I saw that my room door is closed and I can not open it. I went to reception to ask what the problem, and they said that they relocate me to double room. I was unhappy that I have to loose time to pack my stuff and repack it again instead of going to beach, but reception chief said me that I must be happy that they allowed to live in hotel at all, they could deny me to live in hotel but instead they gave me family room and had loss because of that. He ignored my comment that I booked hotel month before I arrived and that hotel claimed that they have room for me. So, when you book them, you must remember that they just accept any booking and never check if they really have room for you.They claim that staff understands English and Russian. That is not true. Some employees really know language, but 90% just know some keywords like "Cola" and "Beer", but when you ask them something longer that 1-word phrase, they don't understand you, and sometimes even don't try. I know both English and Russian, but nothing worked.Lounge bar has unfriendly staff that serves you very slowly.Room cleaner 2 times forgot to dispose garbage, 1 time forgot to give me soap and almost always forgot to give hair conditioner. Room is full of dust.Internet is near absent, hey lie that they have it. You can use web browser very slowly, but you actually can not use Skype, Team View and other things that require good connection. For Internet that really works they charge $5 per hour.

Review 75：The hotel consist of several houses which organized in 7 rows in the garden. The rows 6 and 7 are so close to the highway that you do hear traffic day and night, plus the very strange arquitecture of the houses where you are almost in the room without windows, does not give a impression of a beeing on a resort. It's not a 5 star hotel, rooms are 3 star at best, beds and towels are terrible. It is misinformation, dear booking com, to write on your site that the hotel has pebble beach. It has very narrow grey un cleaned sand beach with number of beds located like in a fish can. Staff looks angry, never smiles and I had an impression that I am in Russia. There is no natural coffee in the hotel. Beach towels- too small and poor quality.

Review 83：The rooms were designed only with basic features, no luxury. Wc equipment needs to be repaired, rooms need to be renovated. Balcony was extremely small. A family room needs to be equipped with a larger balcony for drying up the laundry apart from everything else. The rooms get automatically locked on the day of the guests' departure at 12.30. This creates problems if you are not in the room but your luggages are left there. An hour's allowance should be permitted at least for families with children.

Review 84：The beach and the seaside facilities were excellent. Food was plenty, available everywhere and all the time. The resort was kept very clean, especially outdoors. Hotel staff started working very early and in detail. This is a great place for families with kids and for couples. No one gets loud, interferes in others or disturbs people. We stayed in a family room which was quite large for 3 adults and 1 child and 1 infant. A high-chair was provided instantly upon our request, a crib for our baby was already located in our room. The room was silent and heating was well-regulated. 2 televisions and 2 air conditioners were available in the room. All facilities were availbale to everyone, we did not charge and extra penny for anything. Beautiful clean sea and the mountain view were beyond every other thing.

Also there are some restaurants in this hotel along of beach which these are free o charge but you need to reserve them before
