Review 1：Kitchen did not have a kettle to boil water or dishwashing soap, which was a bit inconvenient. Bathroom should have more towels.

Review 3：We took the apartment for two adults and two kids. I was surprised when we checked in that it only has one queen size bed for all !!!!

Review 7：We were NOT placed at the advertized address; rather, in a building two blocks away from it. Based on our conversation with the manager, this happens very often, so you better confirm with them prior to arrival where exactly you will be staying. We had to wait 40 minutes to get to our new place, and we were driving, so it wasn't a problem. But, if you're flying in and taking a cab it's better to give them a call in advance.

Review 8：Apartment is very clean and spacious, close to public transportation and had free parking. Has everything you might need for a weekend or a more extended stay, has fully equipped kitchen for instance.

Cleaning staff should ensure that ice maker is on when new arrivals are scheduled. Needs kleenex, dish soap, extra blanket, more than two rolls of TP for 10 days, coffee filters Should have a printed TV channel directory in the room. On screen guide is far to slow to scroll through and online site is far too long a URL to type correctly (and then one needs internet access, which not all have). It would be helpful to have some information in the room regarding local dining, shopping, recreation around Pentagon City area.

Review 11：The wront check-in time was provided to us, check-in procedure took over 1 hour and staff was very unfriendly. Cleanness of appartment / bed sheets was not satisfying, one TV didnt work (we had 2 TVs), we didnt have a hair dryer, we didnt get any complimentary hygiene articels (no soap, shampoo,...)

Review 14：Just great! Comfort and location very good. Very close to the Ronald Reagan National Airport. Lots of stores and restaurants around. Close to subway station that takes you to Washington-DC main touristic points. Great top floor with swimming pool and city view. Also free parking included on the building.

Review 15：The bed was not comfortable, would be nice to have some real curtains in the livingroom it would make it more cosy. Also a small bottle of dish soap, and a box of kleenex would have been great.

Review 37：For being in DC and getting out you can't beat the location. Parking was free but I did not need a car. The bed was perfect and the whole unit is bright/clean. WiFi is free and if you want to watch TV it has everything. There is a gym and pool available as well. Housekeeping is not provided but call numbers are available.

Review 38：There was no hot water in the hall bath, but we just used the master bath for everyone to shower. It was a little confusing as to who was responsible for what, as the apartment is sublet from a different company than The Joyce.
