Review 1：There where no more pillows, I requested 2 pillows for the sofa bed and the Hotel run out.

Review 2：Very clean, the breakfast was very good, the beds were comfortable.

Review 3：The bathroom. Absolutely comical space. To enter you must stand on toilet (or in shower stall) to close the door. Zero closet space. Trust me.

Review 4：Newly renovated and very modern. Enjoyed the sofa, and general aesthetics. Had a window facing the star on the Franklin Mountains - appealing city scape by day, soothing city lights at night.

Review 5：Noise from the freeway was a slight problem (the hotel was next the to freeway). However, we used the room a/c fan to block the noise.

Review 6：The hotel was fairly new which made it very nice. The room was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was good. There was a mistake with the room billing, but the staff quickly clear it up.

Review 7：Went to El Paso for the 2015 Sun Bowl. Staff was great in facilitating rides to the game, supplying us with toiletries that we forgot, highway/weather closures and recommendations on food.

Review 8：We had an issue at check in with the room requested, had to fuss a bit to get a king room. Had plumbing issues that my husband had to fix on his own and got stuck in the elevator, husband had to pry it open so we could get out!

Review 10：The hotel room was small, couldn't open the door if someone was on the toilet. The hotel is very dark, not bright and cheery and the pool didn't have any shade and the male employees kept walking by and gawking through the weird barbed wire fences surrounding us. It absolutely did not provide a relaxing and safe feeling or experience. Couldn't wait to leave!

Review 15：I did not like the fact that I have to buy water. That is really ridiculous. When I stay at the Marriott or the Hilton, usually 2 bottles of water is complementary. I think an entire care of water is only about $4, so it is a small gesture to make your customers feel comfortable.

Review 19：The staff was accommodating friendly and helpful. I arrived without luggage (because of the airline) and the free item program they has was a life saver. And the free shuttle, to return to the airport the next day to get my luggage was so great. The driver was also very helpful.
