The Dunes Resort sells fast on our site. This residence is 650 feet from the beach and 2.5 miles from Kantaoui Golf Course. It features self-catering apartments and studios and an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by palm trees.
The individually decorated apartments and studios offer air conditioning, modern furniture and views of the pool or the garden. A private bathroom is also provided.
Each apartment has an open-plan kitchenette equipped with a microwave, electric hotplates and a fridge. After lunch, you can rest on the sun loungers, available at a surcharge. A secured car park is available at a surcharge.

Review 1：Was described as on site golf and private beach. This is a lie. Was charged more than how much was advertised on the website and was told this was due to booking.com but booking.com do not charge fees. Also was a distance from port el kantoui. Also was told english speaking staff but none available. When Tunisia incident happened the company was not willing to rearrange the booking until we had actually arrived in Tunisia. Well done!

Review 3：The staff is poor, the flat for 4ppl has a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 ppl while in the picture of the website it says a double room + 2 single beds, the parking is not available for guests but only for local permanent residents, so i am a bit disappointed by the service and the location is quite far from port el kantaoui about 10min drive .

Review 5：The rules are too strict around the times you can use the pool. Also I think more sunbeds are needed and the chairs and tables should be left out in the evening, it was a fantastic atmosphere where they were, it changed once they were put away half way through the week.

Review 11：These are very picky observations and should not detract from the overall high quality of our stay: The queen-sized bed is uncomfortable. The coffee table is fashionable but not practical for the apartment since the glass is not supported underneath creating a potential accident especially with younger children. The pool was not heated but we played in it for a while anyway. More cleaning supplies should be included to help wash the dishes, clean the floors, and the kitchen. Toilet paper for the week should be made available rather than only 3/4 of a roll. Wifi availability should be listed in the room description book.
Review 12：We really liked the area, the friendliness of the staff, and the spacious apartment. The pool was nice and the outside area was nice to sit in the sun. The staff's knowledge really helped make our stay amazing. We will definitely plan to stay here again and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you!!
Review 13：The shower would only stay hot for 5 mins maximum so 1 of us would always have to have a cold shower. We spoke to someone about it while we were there but it never got resolved.
Review 14：Many of the taxi drivers did not know the location so was difficult for transport and quite a distance to walk to busier areas. I'm sure this will improve within time as they are brand new apartments.
