Review 1：The first room we were given didn't have a working heater and was filthy (skid marks in the toilet even!). They did move us to another room the next day which we appreciated. The neighbours (in residential apartments) were party animals and were playing loud music till 5am 2 out of 4 nights which kept us awake. Neither apartment had a working phone so we had to walk to reception across the street with any problems.
Review 2：The location is nice and central. Cheap for location. Stavanger is a pretty city with friendly people. The (second) apartment felt nice and cosy.
Review 3：There was no soap in the bathroom only shampoo conditioner and body lotion for one person The sofa was not stable ....something was wrong with one leg

Review 5：Noise of the heating ventilation kept us awake as it was right outside our bedroom window. Wifi and phone didn't work and wasn't attended to despite alerting reception who apparently already knew about it so communicating for all of us became expensive . The wardrobes are about to fall down...literally!
Review 6：Location was good. Apartment is secure, well appointed,light and airy with very comfortable beds, pillows and duvets.
Review 7：We were put into a different apartment which did not have the DVD, fireplace or balcony we'd booked, we were told this was an upgrade but I am not sure if it was. We were supplied with a DVD on our 3rd day there and the staff were very helpful answering any questions we had.
Review 8：It was good to be in the middle of town as we didn't have a car. It was quiet. Nice to sit out on the rooftop.
Review 9：The flat in Holgers house with a shared roof terrace was very nice, the location was outstanding and the staff were very nice! Can recommend that flat!
