Review 1：Had technical problems with the wifi but they were working on it.......

Review 2：Excellent smiling ,helpful,pleasant, personnel from A to Z...and that really makes a big difference. The rooms were great, clean and up to date. Comfortable beds, would /like to go back again...the location is excellent to, not noisy very relaxing, full of serentiy ....

Review 3：Don't exspect that everything is perfect - there are quite funny failings: for example i couldn't open my bedroom window because the water heater was build in front (but the air condition cooled down the room enogh, so i didn't need an open window) or that the kitchen has no heating plate or dishes because i guess they don't want anybody to make their own food. (But there was a fridge). So the kitchen was not that practicable :-) but as i didn't want to cook anyway it was no problem. on the couch in the livingroom was a spot (but i guess it is difficult to clean). So if you are relaxed in such things you will have a wonderful stay!

Review 4：The employees were really friendly and sometimes read your wishes in your eyes. I had breakfast included which was a buffet - always fresh - with a good variety (fruit, bread, cheese, meet, fried potatoes, tea etc.). The appartments (i had a standard room composed of living room, bath and bedroom with a terrace and seaview) were cleaned every day and always with fresh towels. My appartment was very comfortable and the air condition was working perfect. I had to walk ca. 50meters to the privat beach which was for free with comfortable sun loungers and where the staff bring you drings or food. A sweetwatershower was there, too. You can go swimming in the sea- just sometimes it smells a little bit because the bay is mostly wind-protected. I really enjoyed my holyday and were able to relax. The bay is mostly a quiet place.

Review 5：Check in was 2pm yet our room was not ready til 345pm. After driving from Izmir (4 hrs) with a 3yr old I thought it was a pretty major inconvenience. The wifi killed it for me though. I had to give my passport number for access & each time I tried to get on the Internet I had to input my access code...which hardly ever worked because I couldnt get online 80% of the time. The property was initially to be villas with spaces for a stove, full size fridge etc. Its crazy in this day and age that there are properties with a full kitchen but no kitchen appliances. The bathroom was tiny for a 2 room villa. No tub if you have to bathe a child. Only a stand up shower...which belongs in a dorm room. The toilet was wedged between the tiny shower & the sink.

Review 7：Whole facility needs serious renovation. Given a room with a toilette seat that nobody can fit, got a room change next day, which was "slightly" better. Service staff are pretty nice people but food was quite bad, service was slow in general. Almost 1 thing got broke every single day. I hope they manage to renovate the facility and change their attitude to be more service-minded.

Review 9：We stayed in a family room with two bedrooms. Second room did not have any glass window, it was more like a storage unit It is a very old hotel. Everything inside the rooms were either broken or moldy. Hotel is not designed for families with babies. ie. No pathways for strollers Surface of the see is full of silt, which is apparently the problem of Bitez in general

Review 10：The photos on booking.com were not reflecting the reality and we were totally shocked.(ie. bathroom was different, there were no appliances) Pinar Hanim was very nice and tried to make up for this. They offered us a free dinner because of the troubles we have been through. Overall staff were very friendly and helpful.

Review 15：During our 12 nights, they never cleaned the room and the room service was too bad. One of the nights the electricity went off and they couldn't do anything about it and the staff left the hotel and locked the receptions and we were the only couple who stayed in the hotel with no security or any staff if needed. Our stay was very poor and we didn't like the service.
