Review 1：The east indian travellers are a pain they dont no how to use the buffet stand and eat their breakfast over the table or else they walk along side it and graze very rude to the staff and other hotel guests as well I feel sorry for the staff that they have to tolerate these people.

According to the staff, in April, wi-fi connection in the rooms was okay. I'm at a loss why this simple problem cannot be solved in one day. If the costs being charged by the service provider have gone up, perhaps management decided to do away with this service altogether???

Review 106：quiet environment. near to train station. you can get a free train to the nearest bts station (2 hours per train). massage shop next to the hotel. 15 to 20 min walk to shopping area.

No hot water kettle in the hotel room. No ironing service and had to pay 10 baht to use the iron board. Would not recommend this Hotel to anyone. Although central but it was a bad expereience for me as I had done my booking fm india through booking.com and whn i checked into the hotel i was charged cash for the hotel expenses inspite of the amount being credited to the hotel prior my arrival. I have written a seperate mail enclosing the bank transaction to me indicating the amount debited fm the credit card and credited on the hotel as well as i even scanned the receipt that was provided to me by the hotel at the time of checking in when i was charged for double payment.

Review 121：The bathroom was generally grubby and the bed linen, although clean, was grey. The drapes on the tables in the beautiful breakfast room were also badly in need of a wash. What a shame -- alittle extra effort would reap great rewards as it is a super little hotel.

Review 124：Friendly staff who would help with directions. Even though the nightshift guy looks grumpy, he's actually pretty helpful!Had several food stalls near the hotel at night. Ate awesome pad thai for 45 baht and BBQ chicken for 10 baht too. 7-11 nearby as well. Can walk to Pratunam and Baiyoke markets in 10-15 mins, and Platinum in 15-20 mins.
