Review 1：Lack of air conditioning in common areas such as hotel lobby, corridors and breakfast restaurant We struggled to move around with a baby stroller because of stairs almost everywhere. No room service menu inside the room Room cleaning service staff ignore the do not disturb sign.

Review 6：Wonderful hotel in El-Kantoui, right on the beach. Excellent (unheated) outdoor lap swimming pool in addition to a heated indoor salt water pool. Rooms nice enough, mine with a great view over the pool/gardens/beach. Good breakfast including omelette station, etc. Great food also at Barbeque retaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. For EUR65/night, an absolute bargain - amazing value.
