Review 9：great location, we took a taxi from the railway station and it costs 1.5dollars, this is on the 3rd floor of a living building; which is behind the peace tower, very easy to find. There are plenty restaurants on seal street which is like 5mins walking distance, and all walkable to the squares and museums !we had a great time there, thx to Anan, he is being very friendly and helpful. Bathroom is super clean, breakfast is not bad too! Soooo recommended!

Review 10：Very low wifi signal at the 3rd floor They make us pay to keep our luggage When we came back to pick up our bags, we asked to go to the toilet and they didn't let us (unbelievable)

Review 12：There is no air-conditioning for a 30 degrees temperature. The price was too high for the facilities and standard and the bed was far too hard.

Review 14：- the lady at the reception forgot to call the taxi to the train station as asked the night before the departure. While we were waiting in the hall fully packed she said nothing and let us wait for an invisible car to come. Only when we renewed our request she finally called a cab.

Review 15：New and very noisy building, with poor sound isolation. There was a water leak in my bathroom, so I had to change room for a less comfortable one, with a cheap mattress and weak wifi connection. Not a good bargain.

Review 20：We stayed 2 nights. The hotel is well-located in a nice (though dark) side street near the circus. The hotel is functional and relatively new, with 24 hs staff. Breakfast is provided 24 hs but we didnt have it.

Review 21：The service was absolutely catastrophic, the young girls at the reception are obviously afraid of costumers and all in all very passive. They were annoyed when we asked for help (we had a problem with our transport to the next destination and were already quite desperate). For a hotel on booking.com you'd also expect people at the reception to speak a little english. All in all we can absolutely not follow the good ratings here.

Review 25：friendly receptionist (beautiful girls!) clean and comfortable room especially the suite room (though i cannot understand russian so TV is of no use) help with booking for bus ticket to Olhkon island and help to order taxi to airport. Convenient location, walking distant to Angara River, churches and Karl Max Street! my parents and I are all satisfied with the hotel.

Review 26：The listing felt a bit misleading as they showed photos of breakfast in the rooms (the rooms do not come with any breakfast) and they also mentioned an airport shuttle, which we were told they don't have.

Review 27：Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were well decorated, comfortable and clean, and location was great--out of the main hustle and bustle of the city (so it was quiet), and yet easy walking distance from everything (and only 20 minutes by taxi to the airport).

Review 31：The hotel is very good (by Russian standards). The single room was small, but very clean. It had everything I needed, including a fridge and jug. The bed was firm but that's a lot better than being too soft.

Towels have been changed on the fourth day only, but this seems to be their policy.

Review 115：In the summer the main hot water supply in Irkutsk is sometimes turned off while they do repairs. This hotel doesn't have any plan b in these situations and just tells guests "there's no hot water today". Given the price it would be good if they provided an alternative means of getting a warm showers (as some much cheaper hostels do!)
